Are the lights no longer flashing for anyone else? Also, what does it mean if the lights aren't flashing anymore? The wootoff isn't over is it? They haven't had the monkies yet. I've been waiting three days for a Boggy Old Creature which I missed, and a monkey.

if the lights are still there, but not flashing, the wootoff is not, i repeat NOT, over. sometimes something along the way in woot's servers hiccups and the lights dont always flash for everyone everywhere at the same time. the wootoff is NOT over, it will be over when a product is put up which does NOT have the orange light icons on both sides of the status bar on top of the item title.

EDIT: also, there's no guarantee woot will put up monkeys before this wootoff is over. they dont always. so dont freak out if they dont, there'll be more eventually...

I agree 10000% 1499 of those 1500 woots get junk that you cant even sell on ebay because no one wants it.

Keep waiting... When they reveiled the iPad there was no mention of being able to hook onto the Verizon network. They use the CDMA network. Some technical mumbo jumbo I am not getting into but don't hold your breath... At least for the near future anyway...

On my 3rd iPhone (2x 3G and now 3GS) and I can honestly say this is by far the best phone I have ever owned. I been through about half a dozen blackberries and regular Motorola (including the V70, anyone remember that one?) and a few Nokia phones. Love the iPhone and looking forward to the new 4G model which rumors to come out around June!

I did try the Droid though and although the phone is a really nice phone (except about time and a half heavier the iPhone) but the apps is what lacks. No Gameloft games or First Person Shooter or anything. Not yet anyway, once that picks up I might consider making the switch. Best game I have now is N.O.V.A. as well as Assasins Creed!

I have what you call an 'expensive' Ipod touch on t-mobile that can do everything that an Iphone can do, but I get better service.

Because AT&T's network is the worst and you could get a sim card to use this on other 3G networks that are better...

Cool, thank you. This is my first wootoff and I've been ever so impatiently waiting for the monkeys which my boss has told me oh-so-much about, and I was kinda worried that I wasn't going to get one.
Do the monkeys sell out really fast, or will I have a few minutes to get one?

that depends on how many woot decides to put up this wootoff. if you know you want one (or two or three), id get ready and as soon as you see it click buy. they dont go faster than the Boggy Old Creature's usually, but i have seen them go pretty darn fast before. (ive also seen some that were up for a short while before selling out). but again, no guarantees woot will actually put any up this time around.
