Got mine and loaded 2 songs on it ....it worked fine and then I loaded more (5)and it said full and crashed

when I put it back in the compter to see what was up it said I/O error

since I am a dumb@ss and dont know what to do now H E L P P L E A S E

I read the description of the item carefully. Installation cd is not included. the cd was not listed in the description. oh. I am probably not the only who did not realize this when ordering.

Call the Creative Customer Service phone number I posted above. One of the menu options was for 'products purchased within the past 60 days' (I think)...leading me to believe that it possibly would be covered in some fashion. I don't know, but please let the rest of us know what you find out.

Mine doesn't work. I loaded an album on there, about 95 megs worth and tried to play it....just a quick click through the headphones and then it stopped. I changed the battery also to no avail. anybody else with the same problem?

Per Regina's previous post - try holding the play button down for a couple of seconds. I at first thought mine was dead, but then discovered that I had to hold the button longer than I would have expected to turn the thing on...

Loving my first woot, and so is DW - got 2. One question - I've been loading songs from multiple artists using windows media player, and it seems like it plays the songs in numeric, then alphabetical order rather than by the playlist order. (all the number 1 tracks in alphabetical order of title, then the #2's, etc) Kind of an unique shuffle feature, in a way...


Anyway, just wondering if anyone had downloaded the Creative software, and if you can do anything to change the playlist order in there? No problem if you can't, it was still a good buy for $20!

Then to my suprize I got an iPOD 30gb for xmas.

Both get equal play time.

I can rough house with this cheapy... take it riding whatever
and not worry about losing or breaking 300$ :)
