Call the Creative Customer Service phone number I posted above. One of the menu options was for 'products purchased within the past 60 days' (I think)...leading me to believe that it possibly would be covered in some fashion. I don't know, but please let the rest of us know what you find out.

I love mine, I bought 3
Gave two as xmas gifts...
Then to my suprize I got an iPOD 30gb for xmas.
Both get equal play time.
I can rough house with this cheapy... take it riding whatever
and not worry about losing or breaking 300$ :)
