Got mine yesterday, just haven't had time to post. Anyway, I received:

1 Collapsible Picnic Basket
2 High School the Musical Alarm Clocks
1 Flush Light
1 Energizer Light on Demand Twin Light Center
1 GE Cell Fusion 6.0 Cell Manager
1 Sansa 4gb MP3 Player

The twin light center is strange, but is actually pretty cool. I haven't had time to figure out whether or not the cell fusion thing works, but it seems like an interesting concept. The Sansa seemed to be brand new, in a sealed package with stickers still on it and everything. Overall, this was definitely an awesome bagel or crepe. I'll be setting up those HSM alarm clocks right on my night stand next to my bed. Thanks again woot.

Got my bagocrap today, on the originally-estimated date (but 3 days earlier than the revised date).

Contents:
3x Camp Rock twin-bell alarm clock (new)
1x Flush Light (new)
1x GE Cell Fusion (open-box but looks like the contents have not been touched)
1x extra GE Cell Fusion handset (loose, no cradle)
1x Subjekt "Ruffian Skulls" earbuds (open-box, but looks unused)
1x Picnic basket
12x Texas airbags

The alarm clocks will likely be modded with custom-made artwork before being regifted. My wife hates the thought of the flush light, so I have no idea what I'm doing with it yet. The earbuds are hideous so I'll have to pawn them off on someone else. I actually needed a new cordless phone, but the Cell Fusion has no answering machine, so unfortunately I think I may need to trade it in.

Nothing too spectacular but I enjoyed my bag, and I'm looking forward to trying for the next one! =)

merrill64 wrote:Thanks for posting! How difficult is the clock to take apart? I read the HSM clock disassembly instructions and this clock is different. I opened it up and don't want to remove all those little screws if I don't have to.

I took 3 screws out on back then the 2 feet and 2 bell posts out. Be sure not to lose the little hex nuts in there. I didn't unscrew the hammer and just carefully slid it through the slot instead. Note the order and position of all the arms. I put them all at 12 before removal. Change the face and reverse. Not too bad.

At 7.2 pounds, here's what my crappy gristle contained:

1 Timex Ironman iControl Watch (even works with my iPod Touch!)
1 Flush Light (I actually can use one of these)
2 Horrifying, fuzzy pink High School Musical Alarm Clocks
1 Zip-Up Picnic Basket (goes from basket to blanket and back, apparently)
5 Packages of Assorted Christmas Cards
1 bag of delicious Texas air.

All in all I got several marginally useful items - neat! Thanks, Woot-san!

7.1 lbs

iPod Video Docking Station with 7" screen
Flushlight
Picnic Basket
3 pairs of headphones
4GB Sansa Fuze
8GB Sansa View
4GB Sansa e260v2
2x Sansa Cables

Everything appears to be working perfectly, except for one of the Sansa Cables. It doesn't fit properly into any of the 3, even though the other fits fine.

I haven't been able to fully test the iPod Dock because I don't have an iPod or anything that has the RCA female connectors to check it. It turns on and shows a blue screen though, so I assume it works. I'll probably give it to a friend. Though, most of my friends have an iPhone or iPod Touch, and I'm not sure if it'll work with those, so we'll see.

The most useful item in my bag was the large flashlight, but when I put batteries in it today it didn't work and started to smell strongly of smoke.

So, I guess that is a no go on the flashlight. Oh well.

Got my bagel or crepe in the mail yesterday. I'll be opening it live on my internet radio show tonight, so check out www.nhbradio.com, and tune in to my show, The Amateur Hour, tonight at midnight EST, 9pm PST. I'll also have the webcam up for our stickam account, which you should be able to view right from the front page of www.nhbradio.com.

No pictures, as I think by this point you've seen it all already.

9.3 pounds

Was supposed to be delivered on 12 March but was pushed to 15 March. I guess arriving today split the difference?

The usuals:
- 1 picnic basket
- 1 flush light
- 2 HSM alarm clocks

Also:
- Timex Ironman iControl for iPod watch
- iMode 7" docking station for iPod Video

Huh:
- Sansa cable: USB to one of their players (not the Clip that I got in the last Bunch of Crepes).
- A flashlight. No maker name on it that I can find. It's rubberized and says "waterproof" on the side. Didn't come with any batteries so I don't know if it works or not; it looks like it needs C or D batteries which I don't have around right now.

The big winner here was my husband, who has an iPod Video and was wishing that he had a handy way to control his iPod while driving. In return, he'll have to hook up the flush light.

This was the weakest of the three bags of gristle I've received, but well worth the $8.

I spoke just a little too soon about everything working perfectly. Seems the 8GB Sansa View is locking up when transferring music to it in MTP mode, and freezes on "Refreshing Database" if I use Mass Storage mode.

Also, the iPod Video dock has horrible static out of one speaker (at least on A/V in). The other speaker works well. When I plug in headphones, still the same thing, clear sound out of one speaker, and static out of the other.

Still can't complain too much, way better than the other two BoCs I got.

Well, all the skeptics were right. My roommate confessed tonight that he raced home before me and inserted the letter that I found into the bottom of my box.

So I guess my total haul was just:
1 picnic basket
3 HSM3 decal wall clocks
2 Winnie the Pooh toothbrush holders

Pretty fryin' crappy. Exactly what I expected from my first Bunch of Crepes.

I will still promise more pictures... of the revenge that I take.
I am open to suggestions. Leave no idea unspoken. He had me believing that I had gotten a letter for 4 full days. I will take revenge. It will be brutal.

I might just The Strangers (2008) on his pillow.

Thanks again, Woot!

Most seem to be posting on the blog post for the happy hour info.

For what it is worth, 12.2 lbs, due to arrive on the 20th. From what I have seen, the happy hour carps are weighing in pretty heavy.

Staple the letter to his forehead while he's sleeping.

Or while he's awake. Whichever you think would be more fun.

You might check to see if Rockbox works on the View. I had issues with my first Sansa and it fixed an issue I had with the original firmware.

Well as a special addendum to our Bunch of Crepes, the previous non-working GFM TDC-5603C digital camera is now working! It works, and my son is very happy with it!

Unrelated...I got a mini-tripod in the mail a few days later...from Hong Kong...that I never ordered. I'm pretty sure Woot isn't responsible...but I don't know who would've sent me one?

But...it works with the camera so I have a stoked 8-year old.

Woo hoo! WOOT!

Was the 11th, then the 12th, then the 15th, but came saturday. (Thanks USPS for rushing it out!)

Listed at 7 lbs:

    * collapsed picnic basket
    * flush light (now installed)
    * timex iron man watch w/ipod control
    * hammacher schlemmer photo converter
    * and ear buds w/dirty cord but clean buds

the electronics were previously open but appear complete and working.

This gristle was way cooler than the prior case of gristle add-on software disks for a gristle software package. I guess I gotta try again!
