I placed these lights under my laptop, to keep it cool. Works pretty well. Better than paying 30bucks for those other laptop trays

Woot...Woot..I finally got some light for my cubicle!!

Bought some last time. Sucked. Motors sometimes fail to start spinning. Only thing to do is open them up and give em a spin. One quit spining within 3 minutes of having it. Eventually both quit. Had to open them up and remove the double-sided foam tape holding the motors in and hot glue them down.

But for 3 min the were der awesome.

These things are really noisy.

These are really cool. I took a set to my boss and got some always-good-to-have brownie points.

These are really fun if your car has the built in USB port!

These are noisy and rough sounding. Pretty unspectacular.

However, they will be cherished treasures once Woot is gone. I mean, all good things come to an end, right?

I have these from a woot off long past. I had to re-solder mine out of the box, but they still work and are at my desk at work. ;)

I own these, and I am disappointed. It has a loud motor, crappy bulb, and scratches easily. Heck, the light doesn't even really get chopped with the spinner. Oh well, it was a pretty good Woot-off nonetheless.

If these were the blue & red ones, I'd buy them. But I already have orange ones... and I never use them.

Are these in lieu of the Screaming Monkeys? Will this be the last item of the Woot-off?
