Nice haul!

I have the Phillips iPod Dock w/remote. It's great, but for some reason I could never get mine to work with my 4th Gen Video ipod. Nano, touch...all worked. And yeah, I got the right model.

It's a great product, though. The remote is COOL.

I know that crap is crap, but man, my last couple have been truly that. My first crap had some sort of iPod video dock NIB that I sold on Craigslist for 30. Only thing since then that has been good was a pair of woot lights, and that was over three Bowl of Cereal's. I'm almost (almost) ready to stop buying them entirely.

My 18.3x12.8x12.3 box arrived. Reported weight 1 pound, but closer to 7 when weighed.

Well, I got my Bowl of Cereal today - a couple days early. Standard box and listed at 1.9 lbs., but only two items.

1 Picnic Basket zippy thingie.
1 Camera case

That's it, except for the air bags things. This is my first Bowl of Cereal, do you normally get a shipping statement or anything like that?

Contact woot. Let them know that you were shorted an item. Also let them know of the condition of your box when it arrived.

In short, woot customer service is what every other CS department should strive to be. I would invite them to thanksgiving dinner with my family.

I'm currently playing Fallout3.

Fallout 3 is one of the most awesome games I have played in a very long time (pretty much since HL2:EP2). I think I may have an unhealthy addiction to it.

Do you have the DLC? I've just been skimming this thread, so I'm sorry if you've already mentioned it, but what platform are you playing it on?

Mine still says 3.6 lb 10.6" cubed. The delivery date hasn't changed from the 11th either. I'm started to get just a tad discouraged that I'm getting a 10.6" box of tissues.

I'm playing it on xbox. Bought the game of the year addition that came with all the DLC I believe.

It is an awesome game, very similiar to Oblivion.

I have one problem with both games though, as I strive to complete everything, I worry about exploring areas without being sent there. I don't want to miss something by accidently playing something out of order.

I have the same affliction. I love to play RPG games because I love to see *EVERYTHING*. I want to do every side quest, own ever weapon, see every nook and cranny of the map, etc. FPS games are more about shoot or be shot without much time to explore. RTS are about resource management. But RPG's, those are about exploration.

I've started Oblivion but I think I'm going to have to restart it. Because it's so open and doesn't force you to go anywhere, I wound up stumbling into the painting shortly after the introductory area. I've only got one painted troll left to kill, but I'm out of turpentine and I'm not strong enough to beat him. It's frustrating. I try every once in a while, but I can't snipe him because he always sees me, can't hack and slash him, and I'm not good at the magic.

How big are those camera cases you're getting? Wondering if it's large enough for my new E-PL1.

It's around the size of a fist (a tad bigger). So, the E-PL1 might fit it.....I've used one I got several bags of crap ago for a Cannon PowerShot A1000 sized camera. My Panasonic DMC-FZ7 won't fit in it.

As a case, it's nice.....if you have a camera that will fit in it.

I wish I could help you here. I'ts been awhile since I played this one. I remember the painting and know what you're talking about, but that's about it.

My Oblivion strategy which worked quite well, was obtaining rings, amulets and armor that combined put my invisibility over 100%. Things got pretty easy from that point on.
