This is actually a great workout system. I got one in my last Bowl of Cereal, and have been using it ever since. It's well worth the money.

I did purchase this when it was the woot of the day. The people are not as annoying as it could be. It will make you sweat and it is good that the exercises are just a minute long. Expect things like jumping jacks for a minute, then squats with the resistance band, then more jumping type things.

I prefer to be with a group (keeps me more motivated and is more fun) but it does give you something for when you don't want to head out to the gym.
