[quote postid="3983757" user="olperfesser"]I have been using the green bags for years. Great product. Keeps bananas, greens, vegetables fresh for days longer than zipper bags. Anything that ripens from ethylene gases stays fresh longer.
The concept of green containers that are not flexible (allowing oxygen and ethylene gases to expand inside them) seems unusable. Keeping meats and cut fruits and veggies fresh is not gonna work. (Meats don't even have ethylene gases, oxygen will effect them). Microwave in them - no way! guaranteed to ruin.
You are suffering from a form of Stockholm Syndrome. Studies show it doesn't work, BY REPUTIBLE SCIENTIST. Not the infomericials studies, same as the tobacco in the 60's.
"Oftentimes a testimonial comes from that one-in-a-million who responded positively. Infomercials on "Get Rich Quick" schemes always hunt out the one-in-a-million who actually made a profit from their product or service. If a million people try a product or service, you are bound to find one or two who claim it was the best thing ever to come into their lives."
None of this stuff really works any better than a Walmart special. The attitude: "but if you think it does, then it must." That logic get's spoons elected and why we are in a mess in this country.
These look like a good deal on tupperware. I don't buy the message "BPA"free. If it were true, it would be in BIG BOLD LETTERS. Anyone can put stuff on the internet to make a buck.
