Can you please update your customers on the status as why so many people have not received shipping status update on thier Motorola XBox 360 Gaming Headset.

mine was in my mail box today, i guess they just arent updating the shipping status, go and check your boxes and they should be in there now or they will be in by at max tuesday.

I'm also a first time Wooter and received the 2 I ordered yesterday. However, neither of them seem to be working no matter what I try.

My status never changed, but I received it yesterday... I only used 1 out of the 3, and it works decent? Static.

This was my first Woot! purchase. I have not received my headset yet, and my status hasn't even changed to shipped...

So I think we can now safely assume that since more than one person hasn't been shipped their headset it is a known issue and Woot is working on it.

Mine status hasn't changed to shipped either and I haven't recieved mine either.

No status update for me either. This is like my 4th Woot item,they are usually good at updating the status. Hopefully just an oversight on their part and everything is fine.

sigh... the mailman has come and gone. no headset for me. perhaps tomorrow...

Same here - Just got my shipping info...estimated delivery of 7/2...says shipped on 6/26.

Got my tracking info. Was hoping to get this on my birthday, Tues, or at least for clan night, on Wed. No go, looks to be delivered on july 1. I sure hope they beat that, since it is being shipped from Tx, and left WV this morning. Smartpost is God awful slow.

Mine has the same delivery date, though it was shipped two days earlier on the 24th. I never use smartpost when I can avoid it. Smartpost is a giant leap backwards in delivery systems.

Got email with tracking number this morning. Got home and package was on front porch. Shipped from Texas delivered to Phoenix.

ordered two of these, neither one works.

I got the tracking info yesterday and the headsets came today.

To anyone having issues getting the mic to work here is a tip. When the orange MIC LED is ON this means the MIC is actually OFF. in order for it to work, the Orange LED has to be OFF and the Green LED needs to be ON. Its counter-intuitive considering the layout of the headset, but thats how i got mine to work. Also make sure you are connecting the wire to the earpiece properly ( take note of the groove in the connection)

Are both sides of the headband supposed to adjust/extend or just the one with the speaker/boom? I just got mine today and I can't for the life of me get the support side (with the EA logo) to extend. Is it even supposed to? if it doesn't it seems like the top of the headband is really off-center.

Recieved the headset today. Definitely a necessary upgrade to the standard headset. Very comfortable and every part of it is easy to adjust. I really like the indicator lights for volume and mic on/off. Great buy for $8.50! Thanks Woot!

Only the speaker/boom side can adjust, and it's the only side you need to adjust, really.

Received my 3 today. All is well.

So whats the return Policy? I ordered one and I can't get this headset to stay connected. If you wiggle it you will sometimes get sound but you can forget trying to talk and be heard.

The headset is tight! And I mean that in 2 ways. It's pretty cool, but it can get to be a little snug after wearing it for several hours of gaming. But very sturdy and sound quality is great. I had one and bought 3 more as gifts for my closest XBL buddies.
Only drawback; No, it does not work with the keyboard at all. Not unless you disconnect the volume and mute controls.
