I am neither elderly nor large but reaching my toes for the amount of time a pedicure takes is rough on the back. The length of this thing helps with that. It also frightens me.

Seriously, use your dremel. I have really really sensitive feet and I use the dremel all the time on my toes. It works pretty well!

My mother had this facial buffer that if you didn't put the parts in all the way they shot out about 5 or 6 feet. It was pretty neat.
