Add one more to the "I haven't gotten my update" list. Where's it at Woot? I'm ready to exercise, seriously. More importantly, I'd like a notification so I can keep an eye out for it because there are thieves amongst my area.

I'm confused, my FedEx page says "shipment information sent to FedEx" on July 20th, but there haven't been any updates on the page since then. It's telling me it'll be delivered on Saturday the 24th, which would be fantastic but I don't really see that happening...anyone else have this issue? Makes me think it hasn't actually been shipped. Good to know it wasn't an oversell problem though, those are the worst.

This is the second time I've ordered from woot and the second time my shipping has been delayed. Starting to think it's pretty common...all though the order confirmation does say it will "typically" ship within 5 days, which isn't the same as always. Grrr.

The sad truth is that shipping has turned into a vicious cycle. The longer it takes to ship the abmaster pull-up bar the angrier the mob gets. The angrier the mob gets the more they need the abmaster pull-up bar to workout and retaliate for this ultra-slow shipping. Thus, Woot stalls another day and continues the cycle.

I can assure you this is uncommon for "normal" products. Bags o' crab normally take this long to ship but everyday-common-items are usually out within 3 business days. I think if Woot hadn't sold 15,000 of these they would be more willing to upgrade shipping or give a coupon for our next purchase... as is it is, they seem pretty stuck on the "should be shipped today" line (the same that we heard all yesterday as well).

That said, I share the frustration that Woot is hiding behind vague and ambiguous technical difficulty claims. It doesn't show a whole lot of respect for their customers. I for one would be much more appreciative of the mundane truth (our intern screwed up the automated email system...whatever)

Regardless, I urge everyone to hang in there and be patient. Woot traditionally offers great deals with swift shipping and customer service. Don't let this hiccup dissuade you.

this is my third woot, and my third shipping delay... but, I ordered this with the long shipping cycle as the baseline, so if it goes out today and takes 5 days to get to me, my expectations will still be met. No harm no foul. Not going to stop me from visiting woot daily, or buying from woot in the future.

I haven't gotten shipping confirmation yet, but I'm not stressing. I've been a happy wooter for a couple of years now, and this delay (as angsty as people are about it) is comparatively minor.

I can appreciate not having Floor guys come to the office. I work for a large engineering firm where the shop guys don't wander to the office.

I'm okay with the delay because since the time I ordered this, I've had a chance to watch the P90X video I planned on using it with. I'm quite positive I won't be able to "bring it" because the guy on the video is a total grapefruit juice. I think I'll use the pull up bar as a back scratcher while I'm sitting on my couch watching Wipeout and eating Late Night Cheeseburger Doritos.

Finally got my tracking email about a half hour ago, but the tracking number leads to nothing on the FedEx site. Hopefully I don't have to wait another 6 days for FedEx to start shipping it out to me.

Where's the delievery? this first time I bought from Woot about 8 days ago, but until now not shipping yet. How I to call in person there? anybody can help me?

My first time ordering from Woot as well, but the first post on this page says they *should* get the emails out throughout the day. Hopefully I'll get that one and know my pullup bar is on the way.

wow still no shipping yet. My question is why does it take 5 days after our initial order to begin shipping. Why charge us right away but only to have it be shipped 5 days later? I don't understand why anything need so long to ship. I know woot sells a ton everyday but woot isn't the one who sells this many items. Other sites do the same and I always see them ship it the next day. Especially the ones who are having a discount of sale.
Target for example had a bunch of those 115+ lbs weight set and got all sold out in a day because of the godly discount but still shipped it in a day and arrived on time. I don't know how many sets that is but if they can ship all those pounds of weight in a day I don't see why woot would need to take so long. Maybe 1 or 2 days if the amount of orders is really overwhelming..but no shipping info until the whole 5 days later? and some of us still no shipping even after those 5 days. Again I don't see why they need to stall and wait til 5 days later to begin the shipping process. They are not out of staff especially seeing how some of the later woot item sales got shipped sooner.

As a first time Wooter, here's my thoughts on the shipping: they get a ton of orders, obviously. Taking 5 business days to ship is pretty understandable.

To be fair, Woot isn't big as the operations that sell 15,000+ items a day, Woot deals in basically one item a day, that is usually a high priced consumer electronic that doesn't sell nearly the quanity this cheap and pretty universally useful as this pull up bar did. That being said, I doubt even a huge online retailer like Amazon sells 15,000+ of one item in any given day.

Dude, stick with the P90X. I got this item becuase of P90X as well and I've been doing the program for 3 1/2 weeks now and I totally see a difference. I can't wait for the pull up bar to come so I can do the other workouts.

No updated info on my fedex tracking number either...like some other people said, it probably won't update until its useless information. I just wish I had my pull up bar a few days sooner...surely I could have increased my pull up max reps by at least one or two by now. Not cool woot, you can do better than this, especially when other items sold after this one have already shipped.

Bummer - still no tracking for me. Take your time Woot - I don't really want to do these pullups anyway!

Well I guess I will add my name to the list that has not gotten shipping info. I am not to upset about the delay because when I bought it I knew it was coming smartpost and that shipping is just plain stupid slow, so I guess if it takes a little longer I can just blame it on Smart Post.

By the way, P90x has been mentioned enough on this forum that I have decided to check it out...if it is half as good as the marketing claims, the confusion over shipping will be more than offset by better results from the product.

Lol, I actually bought it for the office and have threatened our business manager that I am going to turn the male half of the office into Fight Club-esque Space Monkeys. I promise that if we all get super fit I will post the results...as it stands we aren't overweight but aren't ripped either.

Shipping is $5 no matter what you order.
While it may be stale that your photo paper cost you that much, when you order a matress you will be happy. I've had some items show up before I got a shipping email or telemetry from Fedex. I will also mention that at least its not coming SmartPost, which is simply the worst shipping ever. And I got a few Woots that way.
When your paying these prices for stuff you can't expect to get 15 emails detailing wether or not your item has had tape put on the box, or if it took Steve longer to put it on the truck because he had greasy fingers from eating Lay's Bbq chips for lunch.
Relax Fatty, it will get delivered when it gets delivered.

I'm a loyal wooter and I still use my Westinghouse tv, Sansa mp3 player, Whistler GPS, Dyson Vacuum, woot off lights and probably a few other things I cant remember right now.

I don't think anyone is complaining that Woot doesn't run their operations like Domino's. People are kind of upset because it's been over a week and still no word on whether or not their package is coming. I've had 6 or 7 woots and never had shipping take this long. I understand that Woot changed their shipping methods but when they say you'll get it at some point in the day and it's midnight on the east coast so it's a little annoying.

I'm buying this for P90X too! I bought it a few weeks ago and watched the first DVD and was like, "I don't have a pull up bar or weights..." then I saw the pull up bar on woot and grabbed it.

I'll probably buy weights off Amazon with two day shipping when the bar arrives.
