Ah! A Capresso Espresso Machino

Mom has one, says that it's okay.

Too bad I don't drink esp/cap.

It's not the most attractive machine, but then it's $69 and comes with the sieves for both regular ground coffee and those insidious pods.

I absolutely love my Capresso stand-alone frothing machine. Think this is a decent alternative to higher end (more expensive)machines.

I have a slightly different model that comes with a second word sieve that's made for regular espresso grind. With that, you don't have to use a pod.

The machine has worked well for years now. My wife uses it every single day (I know, I'm an enabler, I gotta pick my fights). The pressure is not super-strong, but the espresso made by it is decent. Probably not up to par if you are a huge coffee snob, but comparable to what I have often had in a regular Italian bar.

Looks like a perfect small office Espresso machine to me. It even uses coffee pods.

What type of coffee pods does this use? Would it work with my Phillps Senseo coffee pods?

You could just use wine to make espresso rather than water.

We'd have more here in Missouri, but I don't think the Amish have even made it to rotary phones yet.

Creating Links

Linking to another site
phpBB BBCode supports a number of ways of creating URIs, Uniform Resource Indicators better known as URLs.

* The first of these uses the [url=][/url] tag; whatever you type after the = sign will cause the contents of that tag to act as a URL. For example, to link to phpBB.com you could use:

[url=http://www.phpbb.com/]Visit phpBB![/url]

This would generate the following link, Visit phpBB! You will notice the link opens in a new window so the user can continue browsing the forums if they wish.
* If you want the URL itself displayed as the link you can do this by simply using:

[url]http://www.phpbb.com/[/url]

This would generate the following link: http://www.phpbb.com/
* Additionally phpBB features something called Magic Linkswhich will turn any syntatically correct URL into a link without you needing to specify any tags or even the leading http://. For example typing www.phpbb.com into your message will automatically lead to www.phpbb.com being output when you view the message.

None. It's not one that uses pods, but honest to goodness REAL coffee grounds. You can even grind it yourself if you get ambitious.

When "pods" are advertised, it generally means ESE pods, unless otherwise noted. This machine would be referring to ESE.
As to the machine, well, it's a low-end piece of (reasonably priced)junk, but it will probably suit most people's needs fine.
Also, a standard serving of espresso, 1 fluid ounce or 30 mL, has less caffeine than a standard 8 ounce cup of drip. Even a double espresso (2 ounces or 60 mL, imagine that) has less. These are, of course, averages. A full robusta espresso (yech) probably has more caffeine than a "venti" cup of decaf. Just thought I'd toss that out there.

If it has a year warranty it was serviced at the Capresso facility and is the same warranty as a new machine. This one was - makes it an even better buy.
