So I just found out about Woot, and joined today. I've read most of the information I could find, but I've still got a couple questions. Hope I'm not too boring :/

First of all, I was wondering if the newest contest is out yet, or if it's been delayed. I looked at the past 3 contests, and each one was posted at exactly 11PM on Thursdays in my time zone. It's 3 hours past that time and I don't see a new one for this week...so I was wondering if there's a reason for that. Do new Wooters have some sort of probation time in which they can't participate in contests, and thus aren't allowed to see the new contest thread? Or is it just delayed this week?

On the topic of contests, what exactly IS the Monkey Prize? Or is that supposed to be a secret/random?
