It says 72oz which is good, because I was definitely hoping they were bigger than they looked... otherwise they'd be completely useless... unless it's to quench the thirst of a rabbit or termite or something.

I bought two of these last time they were up. The fittings do not fit standard sink faucets...so for many they are useless for water filtration.
However...
My alcoholic neighbor and I devised a way to filter vodka through it. You need to apply a lot of pressure to force it through the filter, but we had good success turning an $8 bottle of vodka into a $40 bottle (could not tell the difference after filtering it).
I'm not saying I'm proud of this...but we are able to use it for something other than water.
