Quadcore, 8GB RAM, Blu-Ray drive, and Windows Home 64-Bit? I dunno... I think I kinda like this deal. I've bought a few refurbished items and have not had any major issues, and I don't mind HP products, as I haven't had any super bad experiences with them. I'd say, this is a thumbs up deal.

That is true, but I didn't want to get to technical. It's 1,000GB true space, but after formatting, only about 95% or so of that is generally writable. The rest goes into a lot of other recovery tables, etc.
