Little Giant has (or at least they did have, I didn't verify its still in place) a very generous return policy. I'm guessing these "refurbs" are really returns and/or marketing samples.

Trust me, you can drive a truck over these things and not damage them. I speak from experience on that one..

That pouch is pretty damn nice. I bet it could hold a book. Yeah, a book. There's nothing quite like climbing 15ft. in the air and reading a book. You just think to yourself, "yeah, this is nice. I'm gonna read a book. Thank Good for the pouch".

At least it's got the pouch. That alone makes it a huge deal.............

Well worth it! Bought one years ago from a show for $450.00 (22 Ft). Never bought another ladder. This does just about everything, even stairs!

sheets of wood, mouse with a million worthless buttons, and now a ladder. I was going to Woot off instead of going to a conference. But at this point I rather day dream for 12 hours at a meeting than continue being disappointed by the worst woot off in the history of wooting.

I got this on woot last year and I love it. The only think I don't like is when you extend this latter to the fullest setting and if you tubby (i.e. 250+lbs) it feels insecure. Not sure why.
Otherwise it's the only ladder i will need!

It's only killed 3 people. Once a ladder kills 5 they have to scrap it.

refurb doesn't always mean something was wrong with it...if it was a mechanical error it was fixed and made available for resale at a lesser price...but refurbs also include items that were purchased at retail, then returned because the buyer changed their mind...a retail outlet cannot simply repackage it and sell it again for its original price because it is no longer new...so they pass it on to woot and allow them to find some way to ship it for five bucks

Don't trust this ladder if you're a Notre Dame fan.

Weaseling out of things is what separates us from the animals...except the weasel.

This product effectively illustrates the difference between optimists and pessimists.

Pessimists look at this and think, "oh God, no. Not a ladder."

Optimists look at this and think, "oh hey! Time for a power nap!"

I purchased one of these through Woot. It is the greatest, most versatile ladder ever. Mine did not come with the cargo holder, but it would be a huge advantage and an accessory that I will look into purchasing.

It seems a bit pricey for a ladder, but it is the last one you will ever need to buy.

It is can be used a step ladder inside or outside and it can be used an extension ladder for hard to reach spaces. It is very easy to change the positions and even works well on uneven surfaces.

I highly recommend this product.

I imagine that when hardware stores go out of business, and there just might be quite a few these days, the ladders get returned and are now being resold

I bought HOW MANY!?!?

If i had $150 I would TOTALLY be buying this! We have no ladders at our house, so I'm always having to borrow my parent's ladders. Plus I have always wanted this brand in ladder, but they are always so expensive.

*sigh* I hate the economy.

Signatures are harshing my mellow.

A ladder is for safety and reach if I'm correct... So why would you buy a refurb of a ladder ? Would you buy a refurb Condom ? Just sayin'

All the "Additional Photos" are the same.

What does a "90 degree access ladder" configuration look like? I would have thought that a 110 degree configuration would be more useful.
