That's strange that your Baggie of Cthulhu weighing 11.9 lbs has fewer items than the above Baggie of Cthulhu weighing 10.6 lbs. I sense Woot magic.

Best part of the calendars: They're defective!!

I believe there to be a small gold bar embedded in one of the calendars to make up the extra weight. I'll let you know when I find it...

woah, just checked and mine says it's out for delivery. I expected it at the earliest tomorrow, but I'm not compalining. Thought my Beautiful Ocean Cabana has been "out for delivery" for about 6 hours now, should I be concerned?

That's an interesting theory. I live in Jax and the stuff always goes from Atlanta to Orlando, where they Do Things to it, and eventually it retraces its steps back here. Clearly the packages think more mileage is better. After all, it's their only chance to see the world.

Seeing that most people are getting a screaming monkey, I wonder why Woot hasn't had a "Mystery Monkey" sale.

Like they do every so often to clear the warehouse of misc. t-shirts on shirt.woot.com, they could have a Mystery Monkey sale the clear the warehouse of left over Screaming Monkeys. I bet there would be a very quick sell-out.

Well....it arrived (a day early even)! I got 6 2010 calendars, screaming monkey with blue camo cape, kids t-shirt (laughter pill..), 3 Gold's Gym bags, and....a RSX757 radar and laser detector!! Thanks Woot....not a bad haul!! I assume that with the radar detector, while not great, it's better than nothing at all.

No. Fedex truck drove around in circles for about 8 hours today before trying to deliver (and then realizing I wasn't home).

3:39 PM - Delivery exception; customer not available or business closed.
07:13 AM - Out for Delivery

Apparently I need to sign for Boxes Of Calendars? I'm never going to be home at 3:30 pm...

I arrived home today, a cool autumn breeze rolling through the trees. There it sat on my front porch, a box of the same dimensions listed in my fed-ex tracking information, the "WOOT!" logo clearly identifying the source of my beloved. But wait... my bag was not due to arrive until Saturday! Perhaps the woot gods had smiled upon me, bringing my bag of joy home early. Perhaps it had been hand delivered just to me.

With a giddy smile I hauled the package inside.. it seemed about the correct weight according to the fed-ex tracking information as well! Did not sound like any calendars were rattling around inside, was I one of the lucky few who had gotten something else?

I took a deep breath, carefully ran my knife along the tape to open the box of glorious crap, peeled back the packaging to reveal...

6 Not a Snuggies. Oh, right.. I forgot I had ordered them as well. Saturday here I come!

Because - when my wife spotted a monkey on the screen towards the end of that past wootoff, and saw me moving the mouse dangerously close to "Want One" button, she said "I hope you're not buying ANOTHER MONKEY, ARE YOU????", and briefly explained to me where I am going to have to move along with the heard of monkeys I already have if I even dared to click that button!

But looks like Woot Gods felt my pain, and are now sending me and everyone else a monkey in the BоC's! Or else I wouldn't have had another one for quite a while.... I hope there's one in mine too! Thanks Woot!!!!

When you get the delivery exception; customer not available or business closed, it's most likely that the driver didn't feel safe leaving it there. You can call FedEx and give your authorization for the driver to leave the package.
