I've got a tempur pedic foam bed -- and I love it. I was always skeptical about foam beds until I gave it a try.

Not sure how this mattress is, but memory foam mattresses are great!

Right or wrong, I just pulled the trigger. I figured it was worth a shot. If it caves in after a year, then that breaks down to $25.41 a month. Cheaper than an hour at a no-tell motel.

Anyway, here is an interesting article reference mattress shopping. http://www.slate.com/id/93956/

Back in July I bought an 8 inch queen size from this site. I have been disappointed in that mattress and this company and their policies.

I really hope they send this thing out soon. I've got busy days coming up in a little over a week and want it set up before then.

Absolutely. I have bought MANY things from Woot! and have always been satisfied. I also bought this mattress.

Probably should have let it air out longer, but I slept on it last night and it was the best, most rested night of sleep I've had in....ever maybe. Now just hope it lasts at least 5 years. I'm a 175lb male so I don't see any sinkage in the near future. Hopefully.

W00t! I just got mine delivered today! It came wrapped up in a black tarp like a giant ho-ho. I opened it up and it slowly has been expanding. It smells like paint, though, so I'm certainly giving it the 24-48 hours to expand and air out. Ick. I'll report back after it's aired out and poofed up! YAY

Mine arrived Monday. In two days it's now fully inflated and quite comfy.

Mine arrived on 10/4 wrapped in a black tarp. Unrolled the mattress in an unused room. The smell was definitely strong.

I turned the overhead fan on full blast and opened the window for a couple of days. Just slept on the mattress last night and it was quite comfortable. I feel pretty refreshed this morning. My previous mattress was horrible (over 10 years old and very stiff).

For about $300, I will be happy if this mattress lasts a couple of years.

I received mine and it has a slit in the cover and all the way down to the top layer of the mattress. I'm pretty mad about that considering this is supposed to be a new mattress. I don't even know how it got there because it was on the "inside" part of the mattress when it was rolled up (and no, I didn't use a knife to open up the wrapping which still wouldn't have made sense anyways since it was on the inside). This is too damn big to try to send back though and is probably worth more trouble than it's worth. I've only taken a nap so far and tonight will be my first night's sleep but my nap earlier today felt pretty good. Just wish I didn't receive it with a cut in it. I'm pretty disappointed about that.

Anyone have ridges in theirs? They're about 1/4" deep and like 50 of em running the length of top of bed, like an old washboard.

I was reading comments from prior woot about a year ago here: http://www.woot.com/Forums/ViewPost.aspx?PostID=3521668 that this is an issue. Suggestions were to lay flat, not on side (I laid on side when airing out). Don't know if that's the cause. Anyway I unpacked it about 2 days after getting it, and had it on it's side for 2 days. Now it's flat, so hopefully the ridges/ripples go away. Also, only expanded about 8 1/2" so far not 10". This sucks.

Am curious if anyone else is having the same problem.

Which side should be up? The smooth side or the bumpy side?

My mattress also expanded only up to 8" even after several days. My platform bed is 9" deep and so this does not work for me. Now given Woot's policy need to figure out(going to be tough) how to get the actual 10" one or my money back. If nothing works out will dispute the charge on my Amex. it is crap to send a p[product 8" when it is supposed to expand up to 10". $325 though is cheap for a mattress is no small amount of money

does anyone find this NOT comfortable? My wife was furious, says it is so hard compared to our 11 yr old spring mattress. I have to admit, she's kind of right. I like how the woot foam forms around me, but when I lay on my side it's rather uncomfortable.

For our son's hard spring twin mattress, I bought a $70 memory foam 2" topper from Sam's Club. And it's much softer than this woot all foam mattress.

Does anyone else's mattress still smell? I got mine last Monday and opened it that same day. I didn't sleep on it till last Thursday. So it's been about a week and a half since I've had it and it is still giving off a slight odor like it did when I first got it. Just wondering when I can expect it to fully go away.

Worked for about a month and now my rear end turns into the titanic when I lay on this thing.

Had to throw it out. Way to soft for me, killed my back when i slept on it. Tried it for a week and by the end of the week, my back couldn't take it anymore. If you like semi firm or firm mattress, dont buy this or you will end up like me wasting a lot of money.
