Spent 43 minutes trying to either get on site or sign in. I got to flash, "I want one" 3x but it would not continue to the next page for check out! Can't you guys plan for this?

33 minutes of clicking and waiting and seeing "Server too crappy," and I get to the order page and enter my cc code, and I find it's sold out. Then I get to the product page and see it sold out at 28 minutes past. (Rather like the Monty Python interview skit.)

Seriously, Wootguys, you gotta make this less of a bot/refresh race and just have people sign up for a drawing. I was fine with the Dow jones closing number lottery, even if I do have a drawer full of woot-off lights. Anything is better than these long desperate refresh fits. I've gotten one bag in four years, and not for want of times being on the site or woot-off at exactly the right moment.

Last year's scavenger hunt--at which I failed-- was much more fun. I know it was a lot of work, but at least then I felt like there was a reason I lost, rather than just spending a night banging my head on a server.

I clicked BUY and after several minutes it crashed on me then sold out! T_T

I feel like tiny tim after a christmas beating, followed my scrooge spitting in my face.

Bought my first Bundle of Coats ever! I've heard in the past, it could be crap or it could be good stuff. Looking forward to either, but hoping for good stuff. Can't wait to see what kind I get as well as my hubby Bundle of Coats. Happy Holidays Woot!

5th Bag of Coal since I became a Wooter -- 1 in '05, 2 in '06, 1 in '07, then finally 1 in '10! Servers sucked tonight - began trying at 1 a.m. Eastern time, finally finalized purchase at about 1:25 a.m. Eastern time.

What a roostertease.

I waited a half hour to get in, finally got to the checkout page, clicked that big golden button, and got presented with... woot.com "SOLD OUT!"

Started refreshing at 11:59:30 and couldn't even load the order page after managing to click the i want one link multiple times.

My packets are winners at failing.

Woot gave me the gold button, pushed it, servers crashed, got gold button several times but crashed before it confirmed order. Now I still have gold button, system doing nothing.

Yes, I had one too - got to the click big gold button and the nothing! I've had this on my calendar for the past two years! Last year, I was in Iraq! Stayed up to get it this time and foiled by the servers!

I think its Fixed. I never get a Bag of Coal, I Clicked right away, waited 10 minutes, got to the order page, entered paypal password, clicked the gold button, waited 10 more minutes, then Glicked the Big Gold Button, waited 10 more minutes, then I get teh crappy server... Bullshevik Revolution!
