Ordered and was billed for the Heart rate monitor & dual watch 1/1/11. Email confirm said normally shipped in @ 5 Business days. Going on 7 days and another snow storm to NJ so...anyone received theirs yet in Mid-Atlantic area, NJ specifically?????

this piece of junk broke in 24 hours. the rubber strap broke off at the watch and when i called customer service on the box they said they dont handle this product, gave me another number to call. it took me 2 days to get ahold of them and they wanted me to ship the watch back so they could fix it or send me a replacement in kind. what a waste of time and money. i like wooting but i dont like this experience.

I ordered mine to be shipped to an APO address. FedEx website shows it still "in transit" since 15 Jan with expected delivery 5 Feb. I e-mailed FedEx about it a week ago and still haven't heard back. Rrrrrggggghhhhh. Wonder when it'll finally arrive?

Anyone have the customer service numbers for these guys? The watch won't stop beeping!!!! No matter what combination of buttons are pressed, the watch wont stop beeping. I've never set an alarm on the damn thing and it doesn't have a scratch on it. What a waste of money.

Sorry about your watch! Your warranty is with Life Fitness, so I'd suggest looking through the documentation you received for the most specific contact info, but I did google this up. If they don't help you out, maybe shoot woot an email at service@woot.com to ask for advice. Thanks!

This was a piece of crap. I took mine out of the box, hit one button, it started beeping and would not quit until the battery died. I sat it outside until the next day, then threw it into the garbage where it belonged. I never had a chance to see if the heart rate monitor worked!

I dunno whats wrong but it starts beeping non stop all of a sudden and wont stop. Cant depend on it so I wont use it anymore. What a waste.

Had the beeping problem. Called Life Fitness and they gave me another number. The other number is for CVS who manufactured the watches but doesn't any longer. They insist that Life Fitness doesn't exist anymore and they will not honor any warranty.
