We have set of flatware with a round designer handle. I find them annoying to hold.

Annoying or not I am in for one I hate the cutlery I have now.

I bought these last time they were up, and I love them. When you just pick them up they seem like they will be quite heavy, but when you actually use them they feel perfectly balanced and natural.
I keep these in a separate caddy, not a drawer, so stacking isn't something I worry about.

Well, they are $47 at Overstock for the same set, so this is a pretty good deal. (Plus, they are well reviewed.)

Review after 6 months of use

Out of the box this set is beautiful. The silverware is fairly comfortable (the handles are a little small) and nice and heavy. However, THEY WILL RUST with regular use. The first one, a knife, started rusting at the blade about 2-3 months of regular use. Now 3 out of the 5 knives are rusted (trash) and a spoon has started. I justified spending more on this set because I expected they would last... I was wrong!

why do they call it "flat" ware when nothing about it is flat? (except maybe the butter knife blade)
