If you think he is that painful then I would rec taking him to an emergency clinic as opposed to giving him aspirin. I say that only because there are so many safer and more effective pain medications that can be given, plus giving aspirin can interfere with other medications the vet may want to use tomorrow.

if he is 'merely' uncomfortable, ie eating/drinking/otherwise acting ok, then waiting until morning and not giving anything for pain is probably ok. You have to judge that.
