HELP!!! I bought this, and dutifully sent all the required stuff off in the mail. I went today to check on the progress of my rebate, and they still do not have me in their system. I have copies of everything, but I need to know what is going on! How can I get help on this to see what's up?

It could be some time before they load your paperwork into their system. I wouldn't worry too much. If you want to call them though, there is a phone number on the rebate form - 888-709-7079.

I can't complain for $20.. Nice headset

Just received mine. NO INVOICE INCLUDED, and none emailed, only an order confirmation. I think I'm about to go through rebate hell...

When they had the WEP470 some time back (same deal), a printout of the woot order confirmation worked fine for me.

Update: And it seems to have worked fine this time around as well. They accepted it and the tracking website says "Your rebate is valid and is scheduled for final processing."

Same for me. I also mailed in print outs of my order confirmation.
