alas, my wife's Big o' Cosmos was short (the sleep sac combo) and we are still waiting for shipping info on a replacement. Perhaps they are loading another pallet with her name on it. She has been mailing woot but not to complain. After her first email, she received a reply from Riley that she was in the queue for a replacement and tracking info would be sent when available. Since then, she has been inquiring about how to replace the batteries in the screaming monkeys and perhaps other things. I told her she is cluttering the woot inbox and she shouldn't anger the Woot Gods or she'll not receive anymore crap. I'm just glad she didn't make contact with Evan or she may have been told that the keyring part of the mini-monkey counted as her third item. Here's hoping that patience will be rewarded.

I'm trying to be patient but just wondering if any of you wooters who've reported missing Big o' Cosmos items from around the same time have received an update or tracking information yet? I see many have already received their replacement Big o' Cosmos's.

Yes Tye responded to me on the 15th that he would send a replacement crap, but have not received any confirmation on that. I am going to give it until the 22nd (1 week) before I mention anything. They may be getting slammed with stuff.

I sent mine out on 4/11 and was told by Evan that I would receive one. Then I emailed again on the 15th and was told by Tye that it was in cue and to wait a week and if no word, email back. So I would wait until 4/20 if I were you sent you were responded to on the 13th

I'd say give them a little recovery time. Emailed them yesterday, got a response today that they'll ship the missing crap. Keep track of everyones posts who's missing one and we'll see what happens. I mentioned my headphonie was a little dis-warptional too. Won't consitantly charge, no reply to that though. Maybe a couple replacements?

I say be happy with the replacement for the missing crap, and write off the headphones... After all, it IS crap, right? No guarantees, except that you'll get three crappy items.

Haha, true. My last Big o' Cosmos, which was over a year ago I think, had a 60 or 80 gig (can't remember) hard drive with a 1998 build date. It's like half the size of my laptop. Don't even know if it's functional.

That's what I'm thinking. Rarely does the crap I get from a Big o' Cosmos. actually work the way it was intended, or course usually it is missing pieces.

My cousin and his wife are at this very moment in the process of delivering their first baby - a girl!

I finally have someone to whom I can give the pink SleepSack from this Big o' Cosmos and the pink fleece baby blanket from my last Big o' Cosmos!

It was so kind of them to accommodate me!

Kam replied to me on the 13th saying that my replacement crap would be sent I'd receive an email with tracking info and I haven't heard back yet. I figure they're pretty busy. I'm going to wait until Friday before I contact them again.

P.S. Thanks to woot! for extending my anticipation. I'm not expecting an MK 4 arcade game (lucky bastard!) but this has been fun and well worth the $8!

Mine is exactly the same. 4/13 replacement will be sent and still no tracking # either. I am waiting quite impatiently (though haven't emailed since being told a replacement would be sent) but I understand the rush of people needing replacements.

This thread has been a lot of fun to track and my wife and I are always crazy for the Big o' Cosmos prizes. We always find a use for or a person to gift the items to from our Big o' Cosmos. I bet the guys from Woot are slammed with replacements not to mention the huge amount of items they sell every day. Hell we just purchased the Nook's that they had up a couple of days ago for the moms for mothers day.

If I don't hear from them by Friday 4/22 I might bug them one last time. I honestly feel terrible bugging them as I have much respect for the Woot staff and community.

i was given a tracking number 4/13 but it hasn't worked yet. I was told by evan that I needed to be patient and will see movement this week. I'm hoping its sooooo big it's taking them this long to get it weighed.
