I like the idea of the game but it bites when you're on your mobile and it doesn't let you play. Finally when I actually have a chance at getting a Big o' Cosmos I can't play.

Gah.. When Woot was on level 3 I made it past several times and couldn't buy the Big o' Cosmos. just an error string every time.

I can got on and on, but I've never seen a company's such total disregard for its customer. Maybe it was funny in theory, but this turned into an EPIC FAIL. Plus customers are also directing their frustration on mama company, Amazon.
