Ok so I am definitely a sore wooter! I woke up at 4:30 this morning, couldn't go back to sleep so I checked today's woot. Then I spent the next 1 1/2 hours trying to get to level 6. Found out quickly that it wasn't a game of skill but luck. Still couldn't stop playing! Once again guess luck wasn't with me today! :p

To all the whiners:

1. If you're not a gamer, there will be other BoCs. Some of us aren't "stare at my screen all day waiting for it to appear people". It's our turn now.

2. Yeah, it's random. If it wasn't random, the true gamers would have taken every BoG before you woke up. Probably within 15 minutes. Trust me.

3. It says right there on the description: "And you thought we couldn’t make this Bag O’ Crap thing any more infuriating! Crappy April Fool’s Day, suckers!" If you chose to play anyway, well...there you go.

4. It's just a freaking Bag of worthless stuff. Get some perspective people.

very true, it isnt fixed like some are saying, there is no strategy, the hints don't matter, people have been winning on dumb luck.

pretty cool game I thought...Although I did hit the double-barrel blockage most are talking about, the next time around I made it to level 4 then warped to level 1 but with my points still, and when I died it said I made it level 5 so maybe don't pay attention to the level during the game. But since I am at work, I probably will not risk it anymore!

What the hell? One time I'm able to get a Big Orphaned Cetacea and I have to play a game? That's the crap part of this woot. Some of us have jobs.

All you people are complaining about how unfair this game is. What about the fact that it's 9am EST and there are still bags of crap left?

Frankly, as unfair as this game can be sometimes, it's still better than having no chance at all, which is usually the case during a normal Big o' Cosmos sale.

If you toggle your up and down arrows rapidly, you can sometimes kind of scoot right between two obstacles. I've only managed to do it a couple times. Unfortunately, it works about 25% of the time, and I typically get too many double obstacles to get through them all. It's rapidly becoming not worth it. I'd guess I play about 2-3 more times and then I realize that unless there's a new car in the Big Orphaned Cetacea, not worth it.

Finally!!! Now to get that music out of my head!

Frustrating, yes, but no need to rage over a universal remote and a pair of no-name earbuds.

Work is closed due to snow and I log on and see an active box o' crayons and think "Yes, I'm finally gonna get one!"...and then I see the game and realize the date. Woot, you got me once again. Good job.

I loved the title. "Speed up our servers? We’d rather slow down our customers." Hahahahahaha oh god I love you woot.

I'm going to have salt, skull and sofa nightmares now. Way to make my nightmares alliterative, Woot.

It truly is just luck based. I played twice earlier and didnt get past level 2. Figured screw it and let it be. Just now decided to do it again for craps and grins, and I made it to level 8. What pissed me off was that I when I clicked the buy now button, it just started the game over so I thought it was the ultimate April Fools FU. I died on the first level, but had the 'buy Big o' Cosmos' button again and it remembered i had made it to level 7 before so I was able to buy.

I can't complain too much since this is my first Big o' Cosmos, but i do hate it for all the folks who have been at this for hours. Good luck!

May have lost me for life....this is crap (pun intended.) Some of us don't have hours to play a crappy game that is poorly written. I'll spend my money elsewhere that will take it with a click of the mouse.

Ummm, nice try woot. However, something we have to sit here and play over and over to win a Big o' Cosmos is not great. I liked it when you made us go through mazes to find the Big o' Cosmos. That was interesting. This just takes too long.

I was able to score one on Level 4, but I really hope that the people who are able to get one on these higher levels get duly rewarded. This game was hella hard at the low levels, it's downright demonic to try and get through 7, 8, 9, or 10 levels!

I just got TRIPLE blocked. This is dumb and I'm not playing anymore. Must be a cheat since someone got ridiculous scores on levels 1 & 2, yet also "got" to level 20 with a similar score. Riiiiight. Is it random that you get a level that doesn't double block you? Is it just the luck of the draw??

Sorry, Woot. As much as I want a Big o' Cosmos, this isn't worth my time or effort.
