This is the worst piece of Battlefield Earth (2000) contest I've ever seen. I'd expected more from Woot - even in expecting less from them, they should at least troubleshoot their game before they put it out.

Finally got the game to load again. However I couldn't get past level 3. How do i get past a hotdog balloon on top and a flying monkey below it? I can't go past two things at once!

We're not in a woot off people, it's an April Fool's Day Big o' Cosmos sale. Meaning it has to last for a while, and since the usual way to get one is being extremely lucky, the game is not based on skill, but random luck (most of it bad).

I dont order often, never seen the Big Orphaned Cetacea.

I wasnt logged in when I hit "I want one", it sent me to a game, I failed quickly and it responded by saying I couldnt buy because I wasnt logged in. So, I log in and try to order and the response is: "No crap for you yet... beat Level 9 and maybe you'll be worthy."

But it didnt route me to the game again to even try. Huh? Do you really have to score high to order? Does anyone but me think this is beyond Jatravartid?

holy crap the link really does work. I thought it was an april fools joke and all these peeps in this forum worked for woot. But i got my lvl 9 crap! Took like 40-50 tries on chrome (lots of paste and go's). When i went to try it again it says "You've already got your crap, don't bogart the crap!"

I too got stuck and frustrated in the time wasting game by facing several unavoidable deaths, but I got the link to work by changing the number at the end to 42. Could be a fluke but when I made that change it worked the first time. Thank you Marvin for helping me get my first Big o' Cosmos!

I just made a "woot" shortcut for "the link":

Right click windows desktop
Select New->ShortCut
Enter the link in the "location" field
Click Next
Enter "woot" or whatever in the name field
Click finish
Find the new shortcut on your desktop
double click it... a lot.

If you have your browser setup for "open new pages in a new tab" you'll just have one browser open with 100 tabs that appear.

I beat the game last night...the Bucket of Carp was at lvl 3 and I died in lvl 4 - twice! I was never offered the option to buy the carp. It just told me to play again. When I refreshed, the carp was still on lvl 3, so I know it didn't lvl up while I was playing. Never gotten one of these before in all my years of being a Wooter...I thought I really had a chance.

Even on a cloudy day, I'll keep my eyes fixed on the sun...

I've tried for years to get a Big o' Cosmos. So far, no luck.

I can't play the game long enough to finish and win the Big o' Cosmos, due to work (& the inability to pause the game).

BUT, I am thankful that you've done something to at least give me a chance. I *like* the idea of there being some challenge, other than simply being lucky enough to click the button at just the right time, to get through during that 2 second window while the BOCs are available.

I'm not a fan of Flesh-games, but the game is OK, and I appreciate that getting the Big o' Cosmos isn't just a matter of lucky timing.
