Cheapest price ever on these things. Just bought a dual-usb ac wall one a couple weeks ago and it was $25. Boo, Radio Shack! Hooray, WOOT!

I bought one of these and it was junk. The tips get loose. Kind of bummed me out. Not as bad as my spelling....

Can I charge my Livestrong teapot with this?

Igo makes excellent chargers and has a good interchangable plug system.. the plugs are a little pricey but not too bad on their website, and this is still cheaper than their sale price...

Also very good about warranty support on the adapter plugs. Had a sony charge connector that had the tabs break off (Its a bad design that dates back to Ericsson GSM phones).. and they replaced it, with no muss, no fuss..

Many of their cords have niceties such as a retaining clip so you can fold the cord and attach it to itself and some of the newer ones have a place to hold 2 tips on the cord...

Also seems to charge slightly faster and be made of more durable materials than the manufacturers cables.

In for 3, DC and an AC for me, extra DC for a friend that needs a car charger. Extra micro/mini USB chargers never go unused for me. Now let's move on...

Going to buy this and leave it in my backpack for ultimate convenience.

Part of the problem is apple and how they make the ipod connector semi-propriatary... *Made for Ipod* requires a licensing agreement and a CHIP inside the charge connector, similar to a branded printer inkjet cartridge... id contact Igos support if you have one of their other models and ask them if theres anything you can do...

If it were a micro usb plug, I'd probably bite

I heard you can get more uvulae at Radio Shack...I mean tips :P

I can't say much about the Zune hardware (what with the whole, "We want to pretend it doesn't exist" argument from MS), but I will say that the software/media player side of the equation is nice. I actually prefer it to the white and shiny alternative.

almost all mobile devices are micro USB now.
that includes most android phones, blackberrys, and other various phones.
don't know who mandated that, but it's great. I can usually find a charger wherever i go.

I guess steve jobs never got that memo...

If I remember correctly, it was mandated by the EU to end all of the proprietary charger tip confusion/frustration.

However, I love IGOs. I travel daily with mine constantly and have for many years. I wouldn't leave home without it.

In for three for the spouse and gifts....

There was some agreement between companies for what to work with. USB2.0,3.0 is a good example also, and of course Stevey had to roll with Firewire for the longest time.
