Exactly. I don't want to have a separate charger just for my bluetooth headset. Let me just unplug my *insert USB device here* from the 12v/110v usb charger and plug this thing in.

Says it's bluetooth v2.0 compliant, so I'd make sure your phone has at least v2.0 of bluetooth.
