Guess no one cares to mention it, but the description says up to 120 hours TALK TIME, that should be 5 hours TALK, 120 hours STANDBY. And this model at Yugster was clearly noted as Battery Not Included.

well, i had time to shower and get ready for work, and looks like i can drop my kid off at school and get to the office before this one is finished.

Or you know, make your calls in private. I never answer my cellphone when I'm out in public or driving. It is unsafe while driving and just plain rude when you are around other people.

If I absolutely have to take a call, I find a quiet spot or sit in my parked car.

It says in the features 120 hours talk time... that's shocking for a moment, then I read lower and it contradicts itself, stating 5 hour talk time, 120 hours standby time... *sighs*

Can't drive a race car while holding a cell phone to your ear. Same goes for everyday traffic. Buy A Bluetooth.
