Great deal for a stainless H2O bottle..though the caveat with this particular bottle is the design of the cap when opened for use...it's darn difficult with the top lid open and keeps on hitting your nose while drinking.

I have a couple of these, and love em. The only time they've leaked is when I've put soft drinks in them, which the mfg specifically says not to do. The seal isn't strong enough to handle the added pressure from the carbonation.

As someone else said, the newer ones with Threadless designs have a better lid. The opening on the new ones is round, like a fat straw, whereas the old ones have a wide opening with a small lip.

If you're planning to freeze it solid, don't. Water expands when it freezes, and you'll probably end up damaging the bottle (especially if you leave the lid on). If you just want to keep it colder, I'd invest in some of those water bottle ice trays.

These are my favorite aluminum bottles. It is great for a workout because is easy to open and close with one hand. I guess I have a small nose because I never hit my nose as I drink... but I can see that it gets very close. I bought 2 since I already have two. Now we have one for each of us. Unfortunately we only have 3 different designs so I'll have to mark one of them to keep it straight whos is whos.
One complaint I've had is that little tiny soft white plastic piece can come lose. If you lose it, you won't know until you spill the contents of your bottle because it is no longer water tight. Wonder if there is a place to order replacements of those. The first one I bought at Target didn't have one and I thought the bottle was defective. When I took it back, the guy explained it to me.

I got an email on Friday the 27th saying my order had shipped. Fedex still does not recognize the tracking number provided, or the order number as you mention. I would have thought they'd have it. perhaps the long weekend? I'll check back in a couple of days.

Got my two pack today and one of the caps is freaking broken. Won't close at all. The other one looks okay, but it sucks to get a broken one right out of the box. Can anyone give me a few pointers on how I should proceed from here? Is there a number I can call or am I just screwed?

the tracking said it was to be delivered today, as of an hour ago, it said "out for delivery."

now it says it was delivered before 9am. and by USPS.

nope. never arrived. it's possible that the post office is holding it for me, but they didn't leave a pink pick-up tag like they always do...

i don't know who's to blame, really... but i'm not exactly happy about seeing someone claim a package was delivered that was never delivered.

I had this happen with an USPS shipment this week, it arrived the next day.

For this woot I received 2 dented bottles so will have to wait for replacement.

I'm the customer. I should not have to call anyone. Telling your customer to handle it themselves is not customer service.

I did call FedEx and they say "sorry, we delivered it to the post office."

I sent a message to your support email and they said I should call the post office.

Again, customer service is not telling your customer to handle it themselves.

I received mine on Monday.

All four bottles seemed to be in good condition. I've broken two already and as previous posters have mentioned these do not work well with carbonated beverages (tried it with kombucha that I was having for lunch).

They are not insulated, but do a decent job of keeping water decently cold out of the water dispenser

I agree. The Woot service rep emailed me and told me to contact my Post Office to find my package.

Why should I have to do their job for them?

I called my credit card and disputed the charge. No more Woot for me.

had a small dent on one, i'll live with it.

but yea its an ok bottle for storage, I like to keep some water in my room and office and such, just handy water. I'm not sure it would do well on the road, the caps do not lock as said, plus metal marrs faster than plastic. especially painted.

So it does what it does well, its a desk water jug.

The spout doesn't pour very fast though, the hole is too small, all in all for on the road you are way better off the with thermos intak, that is tougher, all plastic, and the cap locks down, and the pour spout is designed better, more flow,and easier to drink from.

Problem: The tracking number 02927009713097971436 states a delivery on June 3, 2011 but I never got the package. I followed up with FedEx and USPS, they both claim that there is nothing they could do on their end. I tried contacting Woot but I received no feedback. This is my second order from Woot, I did not wish for it to turn into a problem. But I did not get my order, I paid for it and nobody is taking responsibility.

A Woot representative that may be reading the comments, please help resolve this issue before 6/20/2011. After that date I will be forced to file a charge back with my credit card.

these bottles rule. best part, in my opinion, is the fact there is nothing to unscrew while I'm driving. Just pop the button and I can swig they also aren't so bulky they won't fit in conventional cup holders. love them.
