Today ( Monday June 6th ) will be the sixth business day since we made this order on May 26th. This takes the weekends, and Memorial Day holiday into account. I hope it shows up today.

I ordered one on May 25th. Anyone know why it hasn't been shipped yet?????

I just got my tracking number and it looks like mine has shipped.

Still no confirmation number and no status change on the website

Have tracking number, should be delivered on 6/6. City on tracking number seems wrong though?

I got a tracking number from woot that is totally useless. According to the FedEx tracking, the package has been sitting in Oregon since 5/31 and was supposed to be delivered today (to NY). I called FedEx to find out what was happening, and they informed me the package will be delivered tomorrow, and the tracking information is wrong... I'm pretty disappointed with how long it's taken to get this item.

It looks like they have all shipped, probably show up this week sometime. It usually takes a week or so to get something from Woot. They usually send you the shipping info five days after you order and you find out the item is already on the way and it shows up at your door a few days later. This is standard Woot operating procedure. I don't know why there are so many complaints...

I got one today - but I emailed customer service to get it. The order page hasn't been updated.

Anyways, looks like the shipments are coming from Oregon & they probably were shipped out over the course of a few days. Fedex.com is telling me Wednesday.

I ordered on May 26 and am still waiting for the product which has not even shipped out. I feel like buying something here was a mistake.

Got mine today. It works great, and I just lost 20 lbs. Thanks Woot.

Tracking # appeared yesterday, delivered today. One box with assembly parts sealed hermetically. Looks good so far , will assemble tomorrow.

Fedex says it was delivered today, not so. City on tracking number is different from mine as well. Don't know what is going on... Anyone from Glen Cove, NY get a shipment today? Talked to fedex... They said it was delivered to some other address. They don't even have a record of a shipment coming to my house in their system....

Mine was delivered today. FedEx had perfect timing on the delivery too. I actually WOL'd*.

How did some of y'all get in touch with FedEx regarding shipments? Or get a tracking number? Or...anything? I've heard this is shipping from Oregon, but I don't know much else. Whose customer service can I call?

I received my tracking number, it says it's being delivered to my city, I hope they have the right address, it doesn't show on the tracking information.

It says it should arrive June 9th. We'll see.

I received the product today and the tracking number at the same time.

I know it is frustrating since late delivery is part of the game (and why it is a bit cheaper). Attempts to contact them is more likely to worsen your anxiety only; I tried and won't recommend. I've learned that waiting patiently is the best option you have; it eventually comes.

My first ever post as a wooter for over 6 years and it's not a good one. Had the same problem with shipping status (or lack there of) and received the tracking number and the delivery today. The bigger problem is that they shipped two LEFT pedal arms and a broken handlebar. Sent RMA and service a help me note. I hope they don't make me return the whole thing - this is huge. Sad as I was hoping to try it out today.

My order got shipped to a wrong address and
someone signed it. Shows it was delivered yesterday. Man! It's messed up!

I emailed customer service and this is what they say.

"Since it seems to be signed for by you, all we can assume is that you received it. If you haven't, you need to contact FedEx to perform a driver follow up."

It certainly feels bad to be treated as a liar.

Now they are telling me to perform a driver follow up with Fedex.
I called Fedex and they say the shipper has to issue a call tag.
I still don't know why I have to do this.
I don't work for Woot. lol.
They messed it up and I have to take care of it?

Is the optional power cord supposed to be in the package? The manual shows it; but I could not find it. Is it missing?

Just wanted to drop back by to report that I got mine yesterday, put it together last night & had my first workout on it this morning. I feel really energized and so optimistic about getting into better shape that I just bought 2 lbs of cheese on wine.woot.

No it is an optional accessory. All you need is 4 D cells.

I noticed that it started making more squeaking noise although I lubricated it. It now starts making some cracking noise from the front when I work out....anybody experiencing this? Normal or something gone wrong?
