AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH. If these specs are right, I feel like I got screwed. I purchased a similar product about 3 months ago to send XBOX to a 25 about 30 yards away. Don't get me wrong, I love mine, but it only supports 1080i at 60Hz, while 1080p at 24Hz, meaning I have to turn my 360 down to 1080i for it to work properly. If this one really does to 1080p at 60Hz, JUMP ON IT, it is extremely cheap for that. Combine it with a powered hdmi splitter, and you can use blu/ray, cable box, XBOX, PS3 on multiple tvs at once, and one of the tv's can be a ways away. Barely any noticeable lag.
