bsbrewery wrote:Where are these made? Why doesn't WOOT ever list the country of manufacture? Hmmmm I smell a plot by the Chinese to get us to buy all kinds of cool wootstuff and then own us.

Yep, someday soon they are going to ask us to pay off our debt and we won't be able to do it.

These designs are prettier than what we had too.

About the same price with shipping unless you get 4+

Would have bought two, but the only design I like (kerplunk) is out already.

The remaining designs would all lead to mockery in my work place. It's a very warm and sensitive environment.

I bought one of these bottles from publix about a year ago for 12 bucks. I learned right away that the water didn't come out of the spout as fast as I needed it too, which was a little annoying. I lost the rubber stopper that kept the bottle from leaking and the bottle was virtually useless after that.
It was my first stainless bottle and I got about 6 months out of it. Definately worth 5 bucks for two!

Ya, except that a majority of the US debt is owned by US owned institutions. You do know that, right?

My only issue, which is slight, is I wish the button to open the lid would not be where my lip presses when drinking. It seems like a sanitation issue.

yeah it's annoying. i hate the lid.

Yes, however of those foreign countries that own US debt, China is at about 21% of the total (the largest share at $892B). Not exactly chump-change.

I got these the last time around. As everyone else mentioned, they sweat with cold liquids here in Florida. Also, someone mentioned that the lid doesn't open far enough. I find that it touches my nose when I drink, but I like them much better than the klean kanteen eco bottles I purchased from here

well yes the thermos intak is far better for actual use, total design is far better. but it isn't stainless, and it costs more;) so for half the price you get the roho, and thus can forgive a little, it isn't much more than a water jug for my desk currently. the intak has better practicality with a locking cap and far better drink spout. plus somehow the polycarb probably wears better, carrying around thin painted stainless steel bottle is asking for scratches and dents.
