Just received my TV and it worked great for 2 minutes... then began shutting off by itself and even though I turned it on again it quickly turned off until finally it would not turn on at all... Oh well... Guess I have the hassle of getting a replacement or refund MINUS shipping...! We will see just how Silo Digital handles their returns and replacements...!

Got mine today fed ex guy struggled with what may be a 20 pound tv lol. Anyway hooked up my 360 and have been playing ncaa 12 for the past hour tv is definitely worth the money although background picture of landscape and field is lacking so you can definitely see the quality difference between this and a samsung but overall great value tv picture same quality as my 42 vizio

Got mine today. Works great! Good picture, decent enough sound. Perfect for the master bedroom.

FYI, the Directv code that worked for me is 10765 (Apex Digital).

Mine just showed up. I hooked it to my pc with vga, and "No Signal" displayed, even after I manually changed source to pc. Anyone have any clues? I was gonna World of Tanks on it, too. Major lack of joy.

Received mine today. Right after I opened it I noticed a large crack on the side and lots of smaller cracks all along the screen. Somewhere along the line someone must have dropped it. I'll call NIVS USA first thing Monday.

Nice TV one disappoinment though, after connecting to cable box via HDMI then plugging 2.1 speakers into the 3.5 earphone jack sound is great volume up/down works but mute does not mute speakers. TV says muted but sound does not change, have to lower volume for commercials.

Edit unplugged the 3.5 audio as I got tired of not having mute now TV audio does not work at all! Did a full reset+power down still no audio.

According to FedEx this package was delivered today...yet, I have no TV because, instead of trying to deliver it a different day since no one was home to sign for the package, they left it there.

I got my Silo 42 today, but PC audio jack dose not work or the audio does not work. I do not have cable TV service ant this set could not get signal through my antenna, so I could not figure out which part has problems. I ordered HDMI cable, but have not arrived yet.I want to use this Silo as my pc monitor but the resolution is horrible. how can I get a replacement? Thanks, by the way, I thought this set should be a new one, but the box was opened before.

Had a chance to set everything up today. Pulled the TV out of the box and the first thing I noticed was a huge crack on the screen. Looked like someone threw a baseball at it or something. I'm really disappointed! I'm hoping I can get a replacement.

1st, let me say that this is the fastest ANYTHING has ever been delivered to me by woot.
I figured out what's going on with mine. I was set to 1920x1280 over a VGA cable.
You can pass it 1920x1080 (P) and (I) over HDMI, but there is all kinds of artifacts. I think you can see the pixels, but they are not pretty, and a lot off them are hidden around the edge.
My NVIDIA control panel has two sets of resolutions for it, "HD-SD" and "PC". It's max size under PC is 1280x1024. I believe that is what the LCD panel is. The rest is smoke, mirrors and re-sampling.
I'm OK with that, as I bought it a TV, but don't have everything set up for it yet, so PC was the quickest check.
It is the best 1280x1024 monitor I've ever had. :P

edit

Oh, and the packing sucks. There is one layer of regular cardboard around it, with styrafoam blocks on the corners and a really thin styrene foam bag around it. It was packed to be handled in bulk by people who here shipping monitors, then put on a shelf. It was not packed to be pieced out and run through the "don't care if it's fragile" quicky delivery company.

Ours arrived on Friday, and we don't have any real issues with it. Picture isn't quite as good as I was expecting, but still a huge improvement over what we had. One weird small quirk it has - when you turn it on it shows the picture for a couple of seconds before the screen goes white and you can just hear the audio. Press the "menu" button on the remote and the picture reappears and stays on. Not a big deal to handle, but odd nonetheless.

We're pretty pleased with it.

Our remote does not work so we called Silo Customer Service. They do not warrant Woot TVs.

You must register your set with NIVS USA within 60 days to activate your warranty - 888.783.9880 or usanivs.com.

Hopefully they can send out a remote so we don't have the cost of return shipping. However, the LED power indicator light on the lower right front of the set does not work. Hopefully that problem is not related to the fact the remote won't work.

I hope this doesn't turn into a (huge) hassle...

Mine came faulty, the LCD is cracked, I can not see bottom half. I tried looking up at SIlo website but no phone number, sent them an email hoping this is not some fake vendor.

I just received a 42" Silo TV from Woot. I am having minor setup problems, so I called Silo customer service. They said that the TVs sold through Woot are stolen, and they say that I should return it. I just ordered the 19" from Woot. What's going on? Why has Woot not given notice to your customers? WHAT DO I DO NOW??!!

This is incorrect and we've been trying to get it worked out with them so they don't say this to our customers. They simply don't want to help or claim these units. But the warranty is through our vendor, NVIS, and they have been helpful. You can see the PDF info on them here.

Got ours this morning. The plastic frame is cracked on the bottom (same spot as dent in box from shipping I guess), and there's this strange little metal piece sticking out of the bottom right hand corner between the front and back halves of the frame. Not sure if that's on purpose or not. Anyone else have that?

Even though it's cracked, it works so far. Have the wii connected just fine.

As for resolution, eh you get what you pay for.

Got our tv. Loved the super fast shipping! However, tv is in black and white! Tried the manual, but no dice, called silo, very helpful so far but it's still black and white. They are having a tech call us though. So they aren't telling us the tv is stolen.

My tv is in perfect working condition as well, it is disturbing to see so many issues...

I got mine, and have several problems. There is a small piece of black plastic at the top of the glass, that is broken and hanging down. I was able to push it back up and it isn't noticeable. There is also a 1 inch piece chipped out of the bottom of the TV, but it is also barely noticeable. I was willing to live with these (probably happened during shipping), but when the TV is powered on, there is a black line that goes all the way down the middle of the screen. I need to see about getting it replaced or a refund.

I would also like to add that my TV was not working correctly and upon calling customer support for the manufacturer they informed me that this batch of TV's was stolen.

Hope Woot can clear all this up and make it right. The TV was also clearly opened up before as the box was damaged and taped up and the styrofoam inside wall broken and in pieces.
