Nope, this is PD7016, the other was PD7012...this has got better reviews on Amazon.

At least, if you bring it back, lower the price to get rid of it faster...

I think they do sell out, but some people cancel their orders soon after. Or perhaps there was a problem with their credit card? Etc, etc. So they end up actually having a few left in stock for another round in the Wootoff. This Dual DVD player is a good example.

The one earlier only had 1 dvd palyer and two screens shared.. wish they would put red bull up. running on 19 straight

Actually, we'll all need clarification...the top says PD7016, "IN THE BOX" states 7012

Ther are 3 problems with these
1 they were cheaper at target last year day after thanksgiving
2 they only power from your car no battery
3 if you have 2 or more kids they don't want to watch the same thing.

According to the item description... at the bottom with all the other info, it states that in the box you get the PD7012/37B... while at top it is the 7016. I am guessing someone was a bit lax in their copy and paste.

Never mind, These are different from the previous offering. BUt Woot does sell the same item twice or even three times during a single Wootoff

this one has 2 separate DVD players, meaning each one can be showing a different movie

I guess with tablets and cell phones being able to play video and dvd converted videos, these are now outdated.

I have a couple in the closet I don't use.

it says at the top it is the 7016, and on the purchase page, it says it's the pd7016 37b (which is like 140 bucks on amazon new)

i'm thinking they just used the same descriptions, as the other is essentially the same thing, but without the dual-dvd player

Well, I read where someone said it's good for kids on car trips....that did it! This seems smaller so more portable, has 2-DVD's so my girls can watch what they want. The only negative you have to use it in the car but that is OK. I bought it anyway. Drove to Galveston from Dallas last week and all the girls had was their DS and that died pretty quick.
