Fine. Keep your secrets. I still like you anyway.

Ver1 isn't saying anything much. Ver2 has decided not to think about it too much until it's time to go. Ver3 keeps asking if we are going to our new city tomorrow.

They aren't moving for at least another month, so I think the reactions of the older two are perfectly appropriate.

Just got to find that neighborhood and school. I talked with one of the teachers at our charter (for work, she runs a Junior FIRST LEGO League program from her classroom, that I helped her get going) and we chatted about the move. She thought I'd done a lot of research.... I still feel under-informed, but I guess I'm doing good. I have a local friend to help me keep out of troubled areas.

That is a very umpleasant location for a bite.

I'm kinda wishing the power outlet wasn't right next to the AC in the library, brrrrrr

It's beautifully overcast so I went out to the yarn-bombed benches for a break when my husband came with a late lunch. I think the Don't Panic doc is basically done, might throw in a campus map with some key locations well marked.

I always mow in the dark. The sun allergy pretty much limits me to starting after sunset. Thankfully, we have a small lawn and I have a push mower that you can't hear from in a house so I don't upset my neighbors at all.

As for packing, I need to pack my stuff since I'm moving myself in a couple days *YIKES*

Is there any type of vitamin or pill you can take to help with a sun allergy?

Don't be jealous, but I was able to do all my packing in 15 minutes.

Did the people who were looking at your home last week buy it?

Hope you are marking all the boxes you are packing. I experiences someone that didn't take the time to do it and the unpacking was insane. smh

Heading out to hit the highway. Have a good weekend all!

Nice overcast cool day for PAX. We'll see how long that lasts.

Forgot to pack my journal for notes for the panel x.x I'll see if I can pick up a cheap composition book on the walk from work to the convention center.

In the meantime, thanks for this Last Post.

We've got 3/4 acre. All I got done was the riding part. Need to use the push (self-propelled) mower tonight. Probably won't weed whack.

Got a buddy who can use the weed whacker on his whole lawn and be done in 15 minutes.

Vitamin D helps, but only so much. I still feel the burning (as I explained to someone else, direct sun exposure can feel like a chemical burn instead of that warm happy feeling everyone else gets) and run the risk of hives (has only happened once thankfully), but I don't get as exhausted, migraines, or nauseous as often.

I'll do my packing, I'm leaning towards driving Monday morning so I can procrastinate that much longer.

Seriously though, last day as a VISTA. Loads of exit paperwork today.
