Hmmm. My woot dashboard widget that I sometimes help maintain isn't working. Traced it down to woot's servers. Either they REALLY changed things or someone didn't reboot the API server after the wootoff. Hope it comes back soon.

Money can buy happiness. Toys bring joy. It just doesn't last long. That's why we have Woot!

Yup, not working. I noticed it too and Googled it and found your post. Hope Woot fixes it, it's been a couple of days now.

Have you guys noticed a change? I maintain an app as well, and I was getting lots of reports that it stopped working. Turned out some people's home internet connections were just getting timeouts when trying to talk to api.woot.com. In each case, having them turn off wifi and use their data network fixed the problem. But that's not much of a fix.

I emailed Woot about it, but haven't heard a peep.

I can't tell if it's fixed myself, because it never stopped working for me.

Unfortunately, DNS isn't something I can control on my users' devices, but the problem seems to be solving itself. Thanks.
