I sent an e mail through the Write Us feature on top. I don't know how to private message. I never bought an iPod from Woot.com. I also tried the Fedex track with my confirmation number but it came up as Not Found.

And it just says "Anticipated ship date Sep 11, 2011" Which was Sunday, and nothing about it actually being shipped. Woot fail.

Ineteresting... it actually worked for me. Said it was at the fedex office waiting to be picked up. updated on sept 11. This is my first purchase. I didn't know these woot purchases took so long...

Same goes for my order when I look it up. Never had this problem with Woot in the past.

Thanks, that worked for me, says its already been through a couple hubs. Wonder why a company that relies solely on technology and automation can’t seem to update or even provide this information on their own page. Did anyone watch this weeks Woot Video? It explains why everything is so F***ed up, they have been playing Monkey Games instead of working. Instead of throwing softballs at a dunk tank, how about you throw the orders out the door at a FedEx Truck, or tracking numbers into the system! I can honestly say that I am 99.9% sure this is my FIRST and LAST Woot.com purchase!

Yeah, I have ordered 3 other items from Woot and haven't had problems. This one isn't even showing at the FedEx website.....hmmmm. Oh, and haven't gotten a shipped confirmation either. Bummer.

Still no confirmation for me either and the order isn't showing up when I put in my info on that FedEx site.

Can we please get some love from the staff already? Someone and/or some automatic system dropped the ball on this one. We know something happened; just be honest and tell us!

First time user. Have to say this left a terrible first impression on the speed of a paid for shipping. Had the shipping been free, this would have been a different story. I wouldn't have mind if it did take up to 5 business days on free shipping but that's not the case. I'll give this site another chance (because everyone deserves a second chance (well, almost everyone)) if I see another deal that I actually want but if something like this happens again, I'm done with woot. No tracking number, no account updates. I had to dig through the forums to find a fedex link that would actually give me a status update. Unacceptable. If you take my money the day after I place my order, I expect my item to ship soon, not 6 calendar days after I place my order. Here's hoping this is a one time mistake on woot's part.

Eh not really I ordered two and one says 'initiating' and the other says 'On Schedule' but what I find funny are both are different weight. Am looking at the right items? >_<

Mine shipped using the fedex shipping trick, but not scheduled to be here until September 20th! Wow, that's some slow boat shipping. =(

I am a first time user too & I agree 100%. Couldn't of said it better myself.

I, too, had to dig through the forums to find the FedEx trick. Mine has been shipped, but there is no indication of this on my Woot account status. I think this is the only e-commerce site I've purchased from that doesn't inform you of status in any way, shape, or form.

I still don't have a tracking number or see any details on my order being mailed. This is my first WOOT! I went to my account and I see the item and it says "everything went smoothly..." but no details on it being sent. Any help...?

Have to agree with everyone else; no tracking/shipping information was mailed out or updated to our accounts despite what these posts say. I ordered on 9/5 -- the package apparently shipped on 9/9, scheduled delivery apparently on 9/14...but the only way I found out was to clamber through seven pages of posts until I saw the "use your order number on the FEDEX TRACKING site" to nail down this info. Not sure why this wouldn't have been given to us in our order status, or at least made a sticky note. Sad experience.

Curious that I posted at 11:07PM yesterday and the shipping information was sent at 11:57PM. I didn't get the tracking number until 10:08 AM this morning, well after the package arrived at the first hop. Did someone forget about these orders and then went clamoring to fill them after seeing the forum posts? From this and other orders I've placed, it seems like everything is still much too manual on the woot side.

Just received part of my order -- the orange set (comes in a 5-piece nested set and a 4-piece nested set). Still waiting on the blue. But for the price, I don't mind the wait...

Just got the confirmation this morning. Suppose to get it on the 17th. Another week I have to wait. Blah. I'm going to have no food to store when this comes in the mail. The continues.

The same thing happened to me. The shipping box was only large enough to fit one set of 9 (1 five piece and 1 four piece). I don't think they shipped the other items separately since I only received one tracking number.

Yes, my shipment is on its way. All this waiting...it has to be good!

yep. ordered 3 (1 of each color) and received an email last week and today the orange set arrived. hope the green and blue are being sent separately (which may be why they are in separate boxes).

We ordered two sets of these larger containers, and if they list the smaller ones again, we'll get some more of them too.

I just received my orange set today and thought there was an error with my order. I'm glad to see many other people have only received one set. Hopefully tomorrow the others will come.

Same here! And I didn't realize there were two separate packages (5 & 4) and thought they'd sent me two oranges. Glad I checked here and didn't complain to Woot!

Yea So I guess i'm part of the club that only got the Orange set. I have the tracking number and I was shocked to only see Orange. I wrote to them to see what's going on. I do not have any other tracking for the other ones. I ordered one of each color.

Another "only got the orange set" incident here. I was hoping to get 18 containers when I saw the magical box appear next to my mailbox. But alas, only 9 oranges. Makes me sad, I hope they have the other colors as well, and I hope that we see them soon.

Same here, on two family members' orders of 3 each 18-piece sets. Received 2 e-mails with tracking numbers, and both of those packages have arrived, containing only one 18-piece orange set each. Sister who received them (we live in Alaska, so have to ship to her for sending on) says they weigh nowhere near the 4.1 lbs each shipping confirmation claimed. Hoping someone from Woot staff comes along and addresses our issues. If not, I'll have to bug them directly, which I'm trying to avoid :0)
