i received a partial order, too... 2 for 3.

unfortunately, i ordered one of each color - orange, green and blue.

and even worse... i received two oranges

i hope to receive my third in any color and i'll call it good!

I'm with you on this. While orange was my third choice of the three, as my sister said today, they're storage containers, who cares what color they are? LOL I'd settle for 6 sets of orange if that's all there is...as long as the 2 sets of orange that arrived today aren't all we'll be getting :0)

GOOD NEWS. I just got an email from a Woot rep. All colors were shipped out individually. I've never seen woot do this before....I'm not sure if this has anything to with Amazon, but rest assured the other colors are on the way. I just got all tracking numbers (3 of them) for every color I ordered. Everyone should be getting them in the next few days. Woot!!!

Whew! I was prepared to get all assed-up over my big box of nothing but one orange. Glad I checked! Thanks for the update, Woot!

Well - the one and only e-mail said all 3 shipped - one of each color - just got the orange - no woot e-mail saying otherwise.

I purchased 3 of these sets. My order arrived today but only received 1 set!! Anyone else order multiple sets and not get what they ordered?

First time posting here so I did not realize there was an entire thread on this until after I posted. You would think with 8 pages of complaints about not getting the orders like the account says Woot might have sent out some sort of email letting us all know. Just a thought

If you check above this is a problem for everyone. Seems we've all only received the orange one but supposedly the others are being shipped separately.

Yeah I just posted a reply not knowing there was an entire thread on it until after my post appeared. Then I read the 8 pages of everyone else having the same issue.

Just recieved the green set today.

I ordered 3 sets all of the same color and have not received any of them even though my order says it has shipped. Fedex says "initiated" only and after talking to a rep at fedex, they have not even received the shipment. Anyone know what's up?

seems like i am in the same boat as everyone. ordered 1 of each but received 2 orange instead. this is the second order woot has messed up.

Are you sure you received two orange sets? A single set comes in two bundles, one 5 (10) piece and one 4 (8).

I ordered two - one blue and one orange.

I received two orange...

Got my orange set today. Cant wait to get the greens.

Darthsau & Shael2000 - I've been on Woot for a long time and I've never had this happen. I noticed you're both newer. Don't get discouraged. It's normally not like this.

Finally could connect with FedEx, and it seems mine didn't get shipped until the 11th, and isn't due to arrive until the 20th! Jeesh. Taking forever considering having paid for shipping.....2 greens, so hopefully I get them at once.

I received my two blue sets today. Now to put them all to use...

Got 4 more tracking notices today, seems the other 4 sets (blue and green, hopefully!) will arrive at my sister's on the 19th. YIPPEE!!! (She's on a hunt now for a box big enough to send all 6 sets to me, and my nephew is hoping to talk me out of at least one set. LOL) Thank you, Woot, I knew you wouldn't let me down :0)

oops, you are right i received 1 orange set. i also notice my receipt now show two additional tracking numbers. which means woot is shipping each color separately.

Mmm. Orange set. I also got a shipping notice for one of my other sets, so I presume the third is still in limbo.

As for those who 'only received half of a set'...the sets say they're 4 and 5 pieces respectively, but the actual count of pieces when they sell them is base + lid each as an individual piece...so a '4 piece set' is considered 8 pieces.

I got my blues and greens today! My collection is now complete. Thanks Woot.

I guess it does. I got my orange set first and the green sets came two days later. Sadly I was too late to order the blue.

Follow Up: Tracking numbers (4) showed delivery expected 9/19, but apparently the blue and green sets didn't like being left so far behind the orange sets, so hit the throttle; they were all delivered today (16th)...YAY!!! Thanks, Woot, I can't wait to get these and put them to use!

the items i received in this order were defective. one of the handles was missing on the cover. can i get a refund or can you send a replacement item???

Well, my order STILL says initiated. I relise that this is a rarity that an order is so messed up, but I will not purchase anything else until my original order arrives. This is ridiculous. I sent an email to woot to find out what's going on (over 5 days ago) and still have not received a reply from them.

Received my orange set on Monday. My other package said it was in transit to my house on Tuesday and have not received it. I ordered 3 and do not know where the 3rd package is.

I ordered 2 orange sets. I got 1 full set and half of another (just the 5pc portion). Does that mean I will get the other half set (4pc) in a separate package? I never received an email with tracking information either. Yes, I checked my spam folder. I just happened to read this thread and found the fedex link. Then I got a little "sorry we missed you" note from USPS on Saturday, so went to post office this morning and got my partial package. From other posts, it sounds like different colors were sent separately, but what about partial sets of same color? There was plenty of room in the box for the missing 4pc to have fit.

Weird. This was my first purchase from Woot after hearing so many rave reviews about them. This slow shipping and then partial package received, no tracking emails, and no packing slip to indicate what the package should/should've included is so frustrating. Please Woot, give me a reason to purchase from you again.

Wow. The last time I posted, FedEx said "mailed on Sept. 11, delivery set for Sept. 20th." Now FedEx says, "Sept. 21st!" Again, all I can say is wow. You can't even believe the shipping status. A lot of nothing when I'm paying for shipping!

I got mine, and I was a little miffed that these don't really "stack" when not in use, unless you call shoving all the small containers inside one of the larger ones stacking. I'm not using these in the lunch box configuration, and maybe that's my mistake. I used the larger containers for storage in my kitchen, but then found out that the smaller containers didn't stack inside of one another, even if they're the same size. So they take up even more space in my pantry when not in use. Boo.
