Bought this last time it was up. It's nice to have some edging tools while caulking. Just don't think it will be easier. Just as messy as doing it the regular way.

if this were outdoor caulk - and more of it, I would bite on that caulk

What I don't get, is why in the Pro Caulk videos you see, do they show them caulking in between tiles? That's where grout would go.

The edging tools are pretty helpful, and this many would cost that much alone at the hardware store.

Really excited about the bonus caulk remover tools. I'm in for two of these! You can never have too many tools, and I need lots of caulk!

Better yet, cut the tip at a 45° angle, lay the flat part of the tip over the joint and push the caulk into the joint. You just have to control how rapidly you push the caulk out so it won't "blob up" over the tip. This is a much neater joint and the caulk will hold for much longer since it is actually pushed into the joint instead of just attaching to the faces of the joint. :-)

I have to admit that even with the $5 shipping, this is a pretty good deal. The caulk tools usually run $5-10 and they don't come with caulk. As someone who has suffered through caulking disasters, this tool kit makes window sealing, countertop edging and faucet sealing so much more professional looking.

Had to get some caulk. Left the top off my old caulk and it made my caulk very stiff and swell up all big and fat. Just can't get my head around stiff caulk--too much work and a real pain in the ass. Thanks to Woot! my big fat stiff caulk problems are over. Thanks, WOOT!

Good thing the set comes with two caulks...you know, for the over-achievers that like to go for that double caulk action.

What's going on with Woot today? I've been trying to buy two of them for about 5 minutes and it keeps throwing 503 errors. Now it's all sold out. I actually wanted to get a set of these tools on the last Woot-off and missed them.

I'm not really into caulk and caulk accessories. However, maybe Woot can sell something to help with my deck. I have a really huge deck and I find maintaining it to be quite a chore. My wife helps some but I really need more. What say you, Woot?

I recommend wearing gloves while applying caulk. If you get it on your fingers, it is difficult to get off. You will end up trying everything, and eventually you will get so desperate to get it off that you will put your fingers in your mouth and suck caulk.

I was going to get some, but my friend already called dibs. I got Caulk Blocked.
