Fellow NY-er here... yes, I also get taxed left and right... parking went up from $4 to $8 by my job, and tolls went up too. It's getting too expensive to be in NYC. Counting down the days 'til another MTA hike.

My Bundle of Crops has left Wisconsin. Tragically it was there for almost three full hours though somehow did not drink any beer or eat any sausage - it still weighs in at 3.8 pounds.

Perhaps even more mysteriously the anticipated delivery date has now moved from 10/5 to 10/4. I may see my crap by Tuesday now!

I live in New York so I am used to getting taxed for everything, but what I want to know is when did Woot change their process of mailing "3" bags. It has been a while since of I have acquired the wonderful bag of carp, but I always remembered receiving at least 3 bags of some sort.

They are talking about the "fat" tax and bottled water tax....what is next I ask. Btw fat tax is for candy sweet products.

It's been a few years since Woot had you select 1, 2, or 3 craps. I think they got tired of people complaining that they got in a hurry and clicked the big stupid button without changing their order quantity from 1 to 3 (some boneheads even ordered 2). Woot customer service would nearly always bump people who asked up to 3 but I imagine it was a big hassle to keep track of who had 1 and who had 3 and who ordered 1 but asked for 3 and do the recharge for the extra dollar or two, so they went to just ordering 3 for everyone. You only ever got one bag (or bucket or picnic basket) no matter how many craps you ordered, though.

Also, we who have not yet had our Bridge Over Canada delivered aren't so much tracking the packages as we are stalking the packages. I may be served with a restraining order...

Scheduled for delivery today. Going to take extra long lunch to go home and wait on the mail man. The greatest thing is when your kids open the box, crap or no crap they think it is the best stuff ever. Drives the wife crazy. That is what it's all about.

I would rather that then the refurbed wireless phone set complete with ear funk I got once. As soon as I opened the woot box all you could smell was stale cigarette smoke... And then I opened the phone box... eeeewwwww. It went immediately in the trash then into the dumpster.

Mine came in a much bigger box than was needed to hold it all. They had to use like 10 Texas Air to pack it in there.

Oh well, I reuse the Texas Air.

I'm fairly disappointed in this bag, I don't even think that I got $8 worth of stuff, it all seems like Dollar Store crap.

Oh well, I'll probably still try again if i'm not told I can't.

Just don't open it. You don't want that kind of pollution getting loose in your house. Put it back in a box and ship it back to Texas if you can.

I got the same except I didn't get the watches and only 2 bottle toppers and my bag has a sea shell theme. Not bad, the game could be fun with the kids and the chart thing is useful, so I'm satisfied. If anyone has an extra goal poster they don't want I could use another. TIA
