That was a big pain in the ass. According to my account page I got one, but I haven't received an email receipt.

Never got to the confirmation screen. Made it to the "Click the Big Button" screen and then a bunch of 503s. It shows in "My Account" but haven't received an email confirmation yet.

Yeah!

Same here, on Verizon. First time I've ever made it through. (One time was close, but it kept denying me the ability to enter my card's verification code.)

The big gold buttons aren't big on the iPhone 4.

Woot is like Tony Romo - good for most of the day, but does not come through at crunch time. I have been proponents of both, but it is getting harder and harder (that's what she said) to defend them. I guess the Cowboys coming so close on Sunday should have been an indicator for me today .

Getting a Bundle of Crops is *usually* a test of patience, using a little knowledge, with a lot of luck. Today, it was all about luck. Using 3 computers, I spent 40 minutes trying to get this. I got to the confirmation page several times, but either got sent back, errored out, or told it was Sold Out. Today did not reward those of us who waited all day for this. It was a lottery, and those coming late to the party had just as much a chance as those trying for 40 minutes.

Congratulations to those who successfully got a bag. I'll see yall right back here next month.

I never gave up... I just didn't get one this time. So... meh. I guess.

I did not give up! I clicked on the buy it button and got the 503 errors over and over and ended up on the new woot page. Nothing shows up on my account, have to check Paypal.

No joy this time, despite an epic battle with the woot servers that may rival Ali vs. Frasier. Ah well, que sera...etc.

Congrats to all who scored one, especially the first-timers. May your elation last long beyond the delivery of your Bright Old Candle, or at least until the next woot-off.

Lots and lots of 503 errors and refreshing, but I got through and it shows in my account....I'm giddy

So after all the 503 errors....even getting one after I put in my credit card information and hit submit....I have come to the conclusion that there needs to be a change at Woot.

There are too many something.woot.com things and not enough server space to go around. On top of that now there are the woot minion thing that they are trying to get more members. I have been a loyal woot member for years now, my first purchase was in 2006, and I have never managed to get a Bundle of Crops Call it bad luck, call it Bots...but whatever it is all it leads to is frusturation. It cant be a random draw becuase I got to the billing information page and it 503 errored and I did not get a Bundle of Crops Shirt, wine, kids, moofi, deals.....all lead up to less server space for those of us that were here when woot was just woot, one site one deal, one day. Thanks to the popularity of woot there is now onesaleaday.com, dailysteals.com, and major national retailers who do a deal a day coping woot.
When you look at the breakdown that woot provides 91% of those that got the Bundle of Crops have been a member less than a year but more then a month yet those of us who have paid the bills at woot for more then a year only account for 7% of those that got the item. Now that woot is popular and has all of the spin-offs there is no thanks to those of us that were here when it was simply one day one deal

Washburn Electric Guitar, Technotunes 256MB MP3 Watch, Westinghouse Slicer Toaster, Microsoft Optical Desktop Elite Wireless Keyboard & Mouse, iRobot Roomba Sage with Convenience Pack, Delphi RoadyXT XM Receiver w/Car Kit, Cobra XRS9500 11 Band Radar & Laser Detector, KidSmart Vocal Smoke Detector – 2 Pack, DECO StingRay Water Scooter

Congrats everyone. I wasn't so lucky this time around. I kept on putting in my CCV number, clicking this info is correct. Server crash. Back button. Repeat process 20x times. Finally, I got to the Big Buy It button. Click. Server crash. Back button sent me all the way to confirm this info page, which I kept having to retry over and over, but never seeing the sweet Buy It button again. Maybe next month.

I don't want to dash any hopes, but I remember about 3 years ago, they had the same problem with the servers. They ended up selling 5000 - but cancelled orders afterwards to make it their normal count. People had receipts - but they just back-tracked it out. It does seem like ALOT of people got Bundle of Crops#39;s this time - wonder if the same thing happened.
(GEEZ, I hope not - cuz I got one too!)

Very surprised to score this one. I wasn't at my computer when it showed up, somehow still managed to snag one after many, many 503s.

This will be my first crap sent to my new (and first) house! Hopefully Woot sends my wife and I a great housewarming gift.

That was most definitely not worth the effort. I actually said screw this and gave up at some point when I couldn't get past the credit card info page, which I got to after very little time at all.

Chances are the amount of money I made by doing my work in the small time I stopped trying could afford the junk that would come in the box anyway. Not to mention, it's not exciting to get a box of crap when you are too mad at how ridiculous the order process was. When you can load the main page that states the server is still there and hasn't crashed but nothing else works, I'm going to have to call "bull honkey" on that.

Me: 503's sir.

Boss: How long have you been at this?

Me: About half an hour, but I promise to share the spoils.

Boss: What will you get?

Me: umm... A "B"igger "O"ffshore"C"lientel?

I got 503s for what seemed like a solid hour. I got to the screen to enter my code from the back of my card 7 or 8 times, and then back into 503 land. I logged on after taking a very long delayed lunch, and checked my account. I have no idea how, but I have a bucket of chum, scored today. Early birthday present for me!

Bizarre thing though, no confirmation email. . .

After many 503 errors and reloading many times, I guess my computer didn't want to give up. At 3:24 cst my last attempt to load finally quit and gave me this message:
"Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage
What you can try:
Diagnose Connection Problems
More information"
Etc.
I do not have Random Cr** on my order page. My husband's account, which we have used since 2005 and ordered WAY too much merchandise on (black square LONG ago) did not get one either. It's been a LONG time since he got one--we always try and always get stuck. I think we are not on a fast enough pipe for the Internet. We have fast connections at work and at home--I think it's farther up the system. Look at the map. Utah and Nebraska always seem to have an advantage.

When I put apps on my phone, they always load the new products before the old one is even sold out on my computer (whether at home or on really fast connections at work). I always have to refresh for over a minute before the old product will sell out and a new product will load. Can anyone explain that to me?

That's a good thing. You'll never feel the crushing defeat of opening a Bundle of Crops and realizing you got a 2009 "Fact or Crap" calendar, a random GPS mount (sans GPS), and a broken aquaglobe (with the "bag" part being a cheap nylon drawstring bag with a company logo on it).
