they should rename "business days" to "actively working" days. business definitely happened on saturday and sunday.

Yea, sometimes this does work. But it looks like it might be a few more days before it kicks in. It definitely works with smartpost or whatever the slow one is called.

That's why we're here, it has been 5 business days and we're all checking the community forum to see if there is any known delay. But, hey, maybe you don't speak English?

I finally received my shipment notification! I was just on here not 5 minutes ago wondering were it was and now I have it. YEAH

It doesn't seem right that I am getting so excited to get a vacuum cleaner!!!

Weekends don't count; 5 *business* days from the 22nd, which is the day this item posted, is tomorrow. "Business days" is a standard term that means weekdays, or Monday thru Friday.

That said, I got my tracking information a little while ago; I should see mine tomorrow, or Friday at the latest.

Really? Out of all the things going on in the world this is what you choose to have a meltdown over? Save your anger for your grandkids having bad grades or someone keying your car. Some of these folks are probably used to buying stuff from Amazon where you get a confirmation really fast. Before you react out of frustration try to understand what someone else might be thinking. thats weird that some of these people just got tracking emails yesterday. today is the 5th business day so i better at least get an email today

Mine shipped, Due here tomorrow!

I received my tracking info around 12:30 am Thursday. At first FedEx showed that it was not in the system. When I woke up this morning(Thursday) it showed that it would be delivered on Oct 1st. Does FedEx do Saturday Delivery?

I was able to see mine ship by useing the Tracking by Reference trick. no email. I should get it by the 1st.

Thanks! actually the way I found this particular forum was by posting here so...no I didnt see the other replies before i posted ;) BUT i changed my post to ask about the Cyan one, this one hasnt shipped yet it seems...

I also ordered the cyan and have not received a tracking number or conformation. I hope I get it today!!
