For the short amount of time this runs, (especially seeing as how it's just a "counter") this could be setup as a cloud app, ramp up for the user onslaught and never miss a beat. But then everyone wouldn't get all freaked out and generate nearly as much hype then.

I made it to the checkout page, hit the gold button THEN it timed out.
Even if you botch the rest of the site, the checkout page is the one thing that should NEVER give anyone an issue.

I have no idea if I got one, but probably not. Got to the order screen, although it didn't render correctly. Put in my CC auth# and submitted. Sat there for a while then it loaded a blank screen, so I am not encouraged.
