I bought 2 of these in November of 2011. Both worked well until 1 quit a few days ago. I've called and emailed the company with no response. I'm hoping Woot can get something done about it!

Don't buy one. Very expensive when it does run. Shuts off all the time. Terrible service.

Heater quit working after 2 months. Contacted service, recorded msg said our call would be returned in 2 business days, of course it wasn't. Tried to call again and actually you never get the chance to talk to anyone, the voice system just keeps repeating and repeating and repeating..........

Hope you don't need service on your heater!!

Bought 2, one arrived damaged (Thanks FedEx!). Woot replaced it and now the first one shows "E1" pretty quickly.

Like everyone else, I called the phone # and left a message. Let's see what happens. This may be the last time I use WOOT for anything more than $20...

Hey Everyone,
My heater quit after a month and they sent me parts and it worked until March. They are now sending me a new one, so I would say service has been good.
I have a small wood stove and always need another source of heat. This heater does the job and I really like it.
The year before I used a baseboard heater and my electric bill was outrageous. With this heater my electric bill didn't go up significantly.
