I don't get it.
Maybe some people don't need to play MW3. Maybe some people just want to do EVERYTHING other than play games, and save a few bux in the process. "stellar specs" is relative to the task at hand. This one has "stellar specs" if you're not one of the elitist 1% that waste their lives playing games.

No way this thing gets 3 hours. I have a 15.6" laptop with the 2ghz version of this processor and when using the optional 4250 I am lucky to get 2.5 hours of non-intensive use. No way a 2.2ghz machine with a larger screen gets more battery life. I bet this thing gets 2 hours, tops.
Pros: The pills were there.
Cons: So was the tank.

I have 8gb's in mine and ram usage tops off at 23%, and that is with me running a virus scan, downloading updates, using itunes, etc.

I have learned so far Intel processor is best, dedicated graphic cards is best and need a lot of Ram. Good size hard drive. How did i do?
Maybe Dell will have another sale on the M11x Alienware, I have seen the "older" ones for around 550-ish.
