Okay, now that I've been informed about the Leak Frog there is nothing in this world that I want more. My apartment is riddled with poor piping. A multiplicity of adorable frogs? Yes, please!

As for a blinking mailbox? I think my budget should be spent elsewhere.

No professor, I swear it's not my fault. I didn't miss the final on purpose. It was Woot.com's idea!

Really should buy one as a Christmas present for my mailman, er, postal worker. But if I leave it in the mailbox for them they'd probably call the bomb squad or something, so never mind.

Without question, you could disassemble the mailbox dongle, wire it into your woot-off lights, and use this software to control them.

That's great if you have a RISC OS.

"This application should work on any RISC OS computer with a USB interface. This means a BeagleBoard, an Iyonix, or a Risc PC with a Unipod or USB podule by Simtec or Castle."

Too bad, Woot is losing a very good customer, seeing that you've only purchased 1 item.

I have them working on 2 Linux systems.

https://github.com/daniel-git/usblamp

Turns red while my bashpodder script is downloading so I know not to plug in my mp3 player. Working to make it turn green when files are ready for my mp3 player. Then turn off when it is done copying the files to my mp3 player so I know I can unplug it.
Really cool.

I did need to make 2 changes to the source code.

I can't post it here because it breaks the woot servers. If you want me to email it to you, PM me.
