My Bountiful Overflowing Cornucopia (with video featuring sleep-deprived spoon-centric humor):

  • Monkey with smiley cape
  • Barking USB Dog
  • Enemy spitball dartboard
  • Green recycled PET bag
  • Canvas/Rubberized Doggie-print "Pillowcase" (anyone have an idea what this is?)

No letter. I wish! I guess I did only get two craps, but is it worth fussing the staff about? I can't imagine they'd send me anything better than what everyone else got standard?
Any staff watching want to chime in?

I dunno, I've had about equal cr@p both before and after the Amazon acquisition...I have no complaints.

I know I'm not supposed to complain about the crap in my Big ol' Cornucopia... but the next time you ship something that is in an aerosol spray can... have a care. I got a can of Nitro Strike Fire Fighting foam... that was rattling around loose WITHOUT A TOP in my Bountiful Overflowing Cornucopia No top. No lid. No lid meant nothing to keep it from accidentally discharging in the box. Can I say it again...loose...no lid. How about again...no lid. But most of all... NO LID. What if that stuff had discharged as I was opening the box... or God forbid... as my mail carrier was handling it. I LIKE my mail carrier. A lot. She's a nice lady who does not need to get covered in fire dormantant. I'm also a big fan of things like my and my family's ability to see. What were you thinking? What was the person in your shipping department thinking?

THe Bountiful Overflowing Cornucopia are supposed to be fun. I spend eight dollars for the pleasure of opening up a box of weird and mostly useless stuff. Cheap thrills. I don't mind getting crap... but I'm not really up for getting a box of something dangerous. I'm furious. Absolutely furious.

Sounds really cool. Did you take a picture for all of us losers that never even get a chance to get a Bountiful Overflowing Cornucopia

Got mine Saturday but thought the doorbell ringing was someone other than Fedex. So I claimed and opened the box last night. Excellent haul:

Barbie Baywatch Backpack, to be given to holiday charity
Spitball Dartboard (Procrastination edition), hung on my cubical wall with no procrastination.
Woot monkey with tiger cape, also on cubical wall
USB Dog, to be given to GF
2 small Lock n Locks, to be given to GF for geocaching

This is my third win and definitely the most worthwhile of all them so far. And I think I've converted a couple people to Wooters in the process.

Well my 14.7lb package arrived on Saturday (scheduled to have arrived today Monday 11/21/11). The box was bigger than the measurements given on Fedex, it showed on Fedex as 16.8 cubed. The actual measurements were roughly 19x19x23. I did not weigh the package, but I'm sure it was close to that 14.7lbs.

So, for my first ever Bountiful Overflowing Cornucopia I really can't complain, it was pretty darn good. If I had kids or young relatives it would be amazing, but I don't so I think the wife and I will make some less fortunate kids happy this Christmas.

Any way here is what I got Full Size Image LINK:

Broken down, here is what is in the Pic and what was in the box as a whole:

29 - Bags of Texas Air, 8 deflated
1 - WooWee Alive User manual in plastic bag.
1 - Randall Reindeer's Naughty and Nice Report! (Price tag on box say $14.98, price on back of box says retail of $24.95)
1 - SmartLab Mega Sharks 3-d Shark Puzzle. Says it has 32 pieces and 3 Stat Cards, and all are in the box. ($17 on amazon.com Amazon Link)
1 - Snuggie for Kids (Butterflies), with bonus slipper socks. This appears to be unopened. ($20 on the web site, but I have seen them locally at a FiveBelow store for $5)
1 - Girl Gourment Cake Bakery featuring Ace of Cakes. It has a sticker saying it retails for $31.99, but I see it on Amazon for $19.00 (Amazon Link). It appears to be unopened and looks in good condition and there is a sticker on the back that says "Best by 03 2012" so appears the cake mix and other stuff is still good.
1 - Real Tech Spy Net Night Vision infrared Stealth Binoculars. Here is a youtube link for how they work (Link). I found them on Amazon for about $45 (Amazon Link). This box appears to have been opened, but they don't look damaged or anything, but I have not tried them.
1 - Gwene's Nest orange bag with Pink flower.
1 - Woot Screaming Flying Monkey with Happy Faces cape.

And Finally, the one thing I will use from this and the most expensive item:

1 - Monster HD Home Theather Performance Pack priced on Amazon at $79.99 Amazon Link. The boxed was totally torn apart, but everything looks to be good. The power strip works. I have not tested the 2 HDMI cables, but they appear fine. The bottle of cleaning solution is totally full and does not appear used and the cleaning cloth is also there. All instructions and labels are also in the box.

All-in-all a pretty awesome haul for my first woot. If I use the prices I found online it comes up to a total haul of $180.97, not bad for my $8 investment in it.

Thanks WOOT!! I hope I can score another Bountiful Overflowing Cornucopia in the future. Sadly as everyone else has said this round I also did not receive a letter in my box. I did check in each opened box and also in with the WooWee instructions book, no luck.

Some kids are going to be very happy for this Christmas!

Thanksgiving has come early for me as my Bountiful Overflowing Cornucopia has arrived! Included:

1 cardboard box complete with shipping label and tape
5 bags of Sweet Texas Air
1 USB Guard Dog (who needs encryption with this ferrous beast?)
1 Screaming Flying Monkey
1 Gwen's Nest Reusable bag with handles, lunch size
1 Pet Zoom Bathe and Groom
1 Let's Pretend Children CD ("Where their voices and imagination are all they'll need", which I'm thankful for because the other stuff in the box is all mine!)

The best thing that was included, me screaming like a little school girl to my office mates that it had finally arrived and them all congregating to see what was inside!

All in all, it was well worth the 8 bucks! Thanks Woot!

Well, my box of standard crap (1.9lbs) says shipping info has been sent to USPS. Not sure if that means it's local right now, or what. Still says estimated for Wednesday though.

Does anyone know when they changed the name from Random Crap to Big ol' Cornucopia for the item description? I just noticed my previous Bountiful Overflowing Cornucopia (over a year ago) were different.

Worst one ever. Seems the longer I am with Woot and the more money I spend with Woot the fecesier and less random the bags get. Takes so much of the fun out of the total randomness there used to be.

32lbs
19"x19"x36"(or so)
Inside:
1-flower bag
1-flying monkey
1-P'kolino table a sort of Ikea-like art table that would be great if my kids were two-ish. Some assembly required.

I don't want to whine or anything, but do all the parts of the table count separately or did I get only two items? Furthermore, the table is barely crappy. Did I get only one item? And the monkey fascinates/freaks out the cats. Did I get no crap at all?!?!

Man!
