I assumed they did, just like with the Bag-o-crap and didn't even look or try to change my order to 3. It's probably a good thing, because between entering my password and doing that I probably would have ended up missing out and not even have gotten the one I did. Had I known you could get three, I think I would have tried to get some for my kids because this one is all mine.
