Is fleece a generic term for a type of fabric? I.e., is this a synthetic material or a natural one?

Something smells like vinegar here. I've never gotten anything broken or had a problem with Woot in any way (well, except for not being able to get my Bountiful Overflowing Cornucopia, but I digress). Perhaps you would like some cheese with that?

I once got a broken item from Woot (my Ninja processor's pitcher had a hole in it). They were actually pretty awesome about getting everything replaced for me. Not sure what happened with you, but I was quite impressed with them.

Fleece is recycled plastic made into fabric - that's why it is so static-y so definitely synthetic!
